I was very pleased and felt welcomed by the customer service I experienced! Very down to earth and I just loved the atmosphere when entering the establishment. These folks here are Awesomesauce, pulled in at 10 mins till 5 on a Friday needing diffs topped off because of bent came loose & lost a lot of fluid, they jumped on the job & had me back on the road before 5pm, I highly recommend awesome folks

The employees at CTP/Many are the most hardest working group I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They always go above and beyond their regular duties to make sure your work is done and as fast as possible. If you are every in need of work done on your big rigs to keep you on the road, than this company is the one you need to call.

Fast and great service! Liz made the process so easy for me and my staff. Dewayne helped to get us back on the road quick and easily. Trent and Noah were also so friendly and did great work! 10/10 recommended to anyone coming through the Many, Louisiana area.

I went on a hunting trip in Many, LA and one afternoon, I discovered that the starter in my Tundra was defective. I called various shops in town, but they all informed me that it would take them days or even weeks to inspect it. However, when I contacted Consolidated, they informed me that although they typically only specialize in working on semi trucks, they would be willing to assist me if I could provide a starter and have it towed to their location. They assured me that they would address the issue promptly the following morning. They estimated that the repair would take between 4 to 6 hours, but to my surprise, they finished the job in just 3 and a half hours. I am extremely thankful that Consolidated agreed to accommodate me on such short notice, as it allowed me to return home and spend Thanksgiving day with my family. I sincerely appreciate the services provided by Consolidated. Thank you once again!

Awful shop. Truck was d rated down to 55mph, charged us double from estimated. Holding the unit at their yard for 4-5 days without update. On top of that - truck was d rated down to 5mph after the "repair". Never recommend.
