Colonial Chevrolet is one of the better service departments that I've come across. I've tried the other two in Rhode Island and was not impressed. Steve in the service department at Colonial is one of the better service managers that I've ever dealt with. How that guy keeps such a happy upbeat personality in that high tension job is beyond me. But, Steve's my service guy and Colonial is my Chevrolet dealer. Thank you to all involved.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this outstanding dealership, my experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in to service my other vehicle, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Angela, my sales representative, was an absolute delight to work with. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine dedication to ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle that fit my budget. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, address any concerns, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Angela's exceptional customer service truly made all the difference, I am so grateful for her expertise and support, and loved how she treaded my family and my 2 year old boy who was non stop.

Freddy, the sales manager was amazing as well. His friendly demeanor, transparency, through appraising my vehicle.I felt valued and respected every step of the way. It was only in the end he revealed himself as a manager, when Angela said the manager will come out to congratulate you. He is for the people !!!

Mark, the finance manager, also deserves special recognition for his outstanding service. He took the time to explain all the financing options available to me, ensuring that I understood each aspect of the deal. Mark's expertise and patience helped me select the perfect maintenance and protection plan that fit my budget and preferences perfectly.

Overall, my experience at this dealership was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible team of Angela, Freddy, and Mark. Years ago, I walked through the same door and dealt with an individual who was no longer there, he was dismiss and sent me my wife away with a card without even asking any questions. This time around has taught me not to base people or an establishment off one bad experience with someone. Thank you to Angela, Freddy, Mark, and the entire team for exceeding all my expectations and making my car-buying experience truly amazing!

Shout out to the service dpt here! I've used them for major and minor maintenance and repairs for the last 4 years. They don't hit you with unexpected upsells. When they do find an issue, they send you a video so you know there's no funny business. And you gotta love the driving service to shuttle back and forth while your vehicle is in the shop!

Outstanding customer service, I had a recall on my vehicle twice and both times the Service Department was great with communication and service. This final time hopefully was due to an improper weld on a turbo pipe, after Colonial had installed the turbo again they stepped up and took care of the problem....Highly impressed with the entire service department.

Carlos and Peter were amazing. Carlos made sure that the process was seamless and that I was updated and informed during the whole process. He also made sure that I knew all the important new features of the Chevy Equinox so that I can keep myself and my family safe while driving. He was very personable and for the first time made my car buying experience not feel like its a sale but a relationship and conversation on the benefits of the new car. I am very happy with the process and my purchase from Chevy!

Easy to deal with, on time and the work was well done. This was my 1st time at Colonial and while I was very pleased with the treatment I received, I was a little put off by the cost of service. $500+ for a service is, imo a bit excessive. Would have been 5 stars except for the cost.

Great Dealership
Bought my Equinox here, and I have been having my cars serviced here for years. Steve in the Service dept is Awesome. 👌

I came back on 2/12/2025 They're took my car in for a service checkup, state inspection & replace my wipers. They took the car in for my appt early and took care of everything in a good timely manner. Steve is who I always deal with, he's awesome. Very courteous, respectful, informative & just an overall Great Guy. He is the reason I came back to Colonial South & bought my car, so he would be my Service Representative. I'm extremely happy with the service at Colonial South. 👍😁
