I have searched 5 other dealerships in 3 days, I never expected to end up in a Mitsubishi Dealership. I am not only highly impressed, I am a big fan now. Their warranties for brand new are great and the Outlanders bells and whistles are pretty sweet to! Thank you guys for making my 50th Birthday gift a memorable one!!! GREAT experience at Cold Brook Mitsubishi. No pressure sales. They called our insurance company for us. I’ve never had that happen before. We’re having different tires put on. Service called us as soon as they arrived and scheduled a very convenient appointment. All staff fantastic and work together as a team. We plan to have this Outlander for a long time but will buy here again!

Interesting experience here... Saw the vehicle listing online, called the dealership, letting them know I am interested in discussing purchase the next day and was told that would be okay and that was all. Arrive, and the vehicle is severely damaged with check engine light on, and needing new tires and rotors at the bare minimum. Did not state this anywhere on the listing or the phone call. I was under the assumption it had a new sticker so I drove 130 miles hoping I would drive the car home that day. Communication is KEY.

We bought our car here in 2022. Wonderful people in every department! I am currently having an issue with my car and have moved to the Bangor area. The service department at my local dealership is not great. They must have a call center to set up appointments and are nice but not helpful. I will be driving to Skowhegan from now on with any issues that I have that are not just maintenance. They have opened up a spot for me to have service in 2 days because it is a warranty safety issue. Bangor was going to make me wait 2 weeks. Thank you, Cold Brook!

Dan. The owner. was a peach to deal when needing a warranty repair done to my car. I HAD an appointment to fix my TIMING CHAIN. THEY are the ones that told me that was what was wrong with it. HE cancelled my appointment after telling me for 3 weeks that they could get me a loaner. Everyday it was one excuse after another to be finally told they do not provide loaners for a service appointment. What is the loaners for then? I have Never had any other issues with any other dealer providing a loaner on a warranty issue. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this COMPANY. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING SWORN AT by the owner nontheless. Completely disrespectful. Oh and before they reply with a lame a** response like I don’t see your name on our records or sorry for you issues blah blah blah. Save it. I don’t want to hear it I heard enough and am going through Mitsubishi corporate. They actually helped me and my situation
