The Child's Play NY team helped to make our daughter's 5th birthday party a magical experience for her. The team was so easy to work with, patient with all of our questions, creative, kind, and collaborative. The teachers that led the party were so special and talented. My daughter has done multiple Child's Play NY activities over the years (after school program at her school, 2 birthday parties, 2 musicals, and one week of summer camp). All off them have been incredible. When I initially signed her up for Child's Play I had no idea how much emotional growth could happen in an after school program. But when I have run lines with her, the way she says things like "Mom!! You wouldn't say it like that if you were sad!!" Has shown me how much the directors/teachers help the kids get to know their own "internal words" and those of the character they are portraying. And the performances are always a blast!! The kids are so proud of their work!!

My 8 year old son had an amazing experience at the week-long Child's Play summer camp. He has been shy or nervous at other camps, but from the first day he was at ease and excited at Child's Play. Our daughter LOVED her camp experience. She was engaged the entire time. The instructors really loved what they were doing and got to know the kids. We had heard positive things about Child's Play NY, but it is still a bit nerve-wrecking dropping your little one with folks they have never met. We clearly had absolutely nothing to worry about! Our 3 year old loved every moment of her experience as a "Superhero on Stage!" She was always thrilled to be dropped off and at pick up, she left camp with a giant smile and many stories to tell. She LOVED it. And we loved her enthusiasm for it. The video shared at the end of the week was funny, touching and beautifully produced. We'll be back! Thank you! Child's Play NY!

We had an amazing, smooth, easy, joyful experience with Child's Play NY. We planned our son's party very last minute and needed some entertainment. Jocelyn spoke with us so kindly and helped us define what our son would love - he wanted a Paw Patrol party and she was able to distill the essence of his desire: animal superheroes! They suggested the kids make animal masks to use during the theater games and they were a total hit!
The teachers arrived on time, got started right away and had most of the kids completely involved the entire time.
We are so grateful to have had them at our son's party and would do it again!
