Broke down today and managed to limp my vehicle to Hobson just prior to closing on the long weekend. Kenzie and Gary took the time to troubleshoot, and then fix the issue so we could get back on the road and avoid being stranded for a few days. Gary truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful! Give that man a raise! Fantastic service and just wonderful human beings. Thank you!!!

I took it in because the I couldn't get my ac to work or go through the right vent (replaced the accuator door) cost a couple hundred bucks then a month later the same thing happened and got charged another hundred and something, couple weeks later same exact problems. Went and had it "fixed" again and as I was leaving bam...same problem. Turned around took it back and got charged 325 (they knocked it down, it would have been 500) and they said it was the a.c. control panel. That fixed it but I still can't help but think that was the original problem to begin with...

So now they delete honest reviews of how we were treated yesterday so they can try to hide how they really are to bad is on social media everywhere they sold a car not inspected to us 2 weeks ago safety an ac we had to point out the seatbelts broke and turn signal broke after they say inspected then ac they did slack work cause lowered price 100 dollars to fix yes folks that's it and forgot to put 2 bolts into bumper and connect front lights back so no turn signals and service was closed so had to keep vehicle and gave a mini van to drive on empty and threatened us to take Google review down or will charge full price great business jacob!!! But I'll keep posting my honest review even tho you guys wanna hide it
