Went to Chabill's Tire &Auto Serv. Today for the first time for an Oil Change and Fluid Check. Service was Quick, easy and professionally done. The people behind the desk were polite and handled everything. Waiting time wasn't to long and car was delivered to the front door . I will be having my car serviced there again and any check up or services needed in the future.

The representative that helped me was great, however, I have an issue with there being a blanket fee for mounting and balancing even if I don’t receive the mounting and balancing. Today I picked up a tire that was a replacement tire because the original tire I purchased was defective. Meaning, the tire was originally was only a few months old, it had almost little to no tread wear on it. However due to the how the tire was manufactured, the side wall of the tire began to crack in two to three places prematurely. Prior to me choosing to do business with Chabill’s I bought all on my tires through Walmart. I’ve never had one tire from Walmart have sidewall defects/ before my actual tread wore. Well this is my second tire from Chabill’s, of the same brand that has done the same exact thing. Both tires have had cracking/ splitting to the side wall of the tire with ultimately little to no tread ware. So now , I am on my third replacement tire from Chabill’s, same brand, same exact model, and same exact issue, yet Chabill’s is charging me for mounting and balancing for a clearly defective tire even if they don’t mount and balance said tire. Seems like a racquet to me. We shall see how this third tire of the same brand will hold up. I am not happy with the quality of the products that have been sold to me thus far Chabill’s.
