Good experience. My daughter's car broke down and was towed to this shop. I was at their mercy. They were good at diagnosing problem. They came back with estimate quickly to replace alternator, battery and some mouse damage repair. The estimate was a bit high for the age/mileage of the car as they originally picked the highest quality parts. After I found less costly parts, they did work with me to go with the more economical ones (i.e. non-AGM battery) which saved me some. They charged to the estimate and completed in less than a week during a busy time. Overall satisfied. One thing I must mention is the extra fees for shop material and haz mat. I understand getting a mark up on parts and a fair labor rate based on flat rate which they did but the other fees seemed a bit unnecessary. I guess some gloves and rags etc could be the 40 for shop materials but there were no Haz Mat fees that I know of to replace Alt/battery. The old ones were returned as cores and if not, I would have returned them. I did ask Brenda (the main contact I had there) and all she could say was "everyone is charged that fee". I would have appreciated a better explanation. Overall, when spending 1300+ the 80 dollars is minor, but it is the principal. I would go there again. A bit costly but you do get what you pay for. Edit: Thanks for getting back on the fees. State mandates if the fee is for actual service done. There was no Haz Mat disposal. But like I said overall a minor charge. The 80 is not going to break me LOL

Great bunch of technicians who know their stuff!! New location south Lancaster easier to enter/exit with easy parking. Recommend for all your auto and truck repair/services along with Mass inspections for passenger and heavy duty trucks.

I can't say enough good things about Grant and his team. He has kept my 2006 GMC Duramax alive and kicking since 2008 when I bought it. Like a great doctor they find everything that needs some love, making my ride.....certified!!!!

Went for an inspection sticker (which I've never had a problem with my truck before at any other place), He took my truck in and did a whole inspection then at the very end spoke to me about how the tires were sticking out too far and had to reject me for it. He knew as soon as he brought my truck in that he was going to reject it!!
Won't ever be going back there again! TOATAL DB !!!

I use Certified for both mechanical and auto body work. I trust them to do the job properly because, in my experience, it's always a job well done. Plus their office staff is right on top of all issues including the status of the repair work and handling any insurance matters. I was recently in a fender bender. Before Certified took it in for the complete repair, they realigned my headlight so I could see clearly when driving at night. Plus, they pulled out some of the dents so it doesn't look so bad. Yes, these are temporary fixes but I appreciate them doing that. Certified treats their customers well.
