So far I’ve been very happy with their work & customer service and plan to make this our go to for all our car needs… they’ve been keeping my older car going strong not to mention being super friendly, responsive, thorough, prompt, and reasonably priced. What a fantastic team! My daughter and I are on the final stretch of a cross country trip, and our car died today. Called Cergizan’s based on our location and their Google reviews, and could not be happier! They were able to take us even though most of their bays had cars in them. They took time to listen to what happened, and showed the tests they were doing to assess the situation. We were in and out within 2 hours and everything is working perfectly. Thought for sure we’d have a 1-2 day delay, not just 2 hours! HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Andy, David, and Jake!!!!

Everything about this place is great! If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would.
David was an exceptional employee. Very personable and easy to work with! The lobby was clean and welcoming, with coffee and snacks. They provided shuttle service and took me home while my car was being serviced. I was called with the inspection results, as well as sent a text to review them myself. I will 100% be back!

I’m always nervous going into car places, as it is not my area of familiarity at all. These guys were awesome. They explained everything with patience and made me feel at ease. Very transparent with what my car needed immediately and what could wait a bit. I will be going back there for sure.

We took our car in for the first time which can be scary testing out a new mechanic. I had many doubts and questions but the technician called me personally to explain everything. He even offered to have us come in and take a look so he could walk us through the work that needed to be done. They went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the issue but my car has never driven better.

I will say I am very thankful for this group of gentlemen, and everyone involved led with this business. I was traveling from Illinois to Pennsylvania, when a very unexpected emergency happened with my vehicle, that had left me stranded with my kiddo, due to this group of fast acting of loyalty and kindness they were able to get my vehicle fixed, and made sure to help me along the way and kept me updated as a bunch of emotions and stress from everything. It went in to their shop yesterday, and got it back today. Thank you Cergizan’s for your trust, and getting us back in the road. Thank you guys for the fast act of hard work and kindness. Highly recommend this group for your auto repairs.

Oh My Gosh!!
I did not have a good experience with Cergizan's. I called regarding an issue that I was having with my vehicle. I was unsure and asked about an estimate for the possible issue. Jake stated he could pull something off the top of his head to which I stated only give me the facts. Then he said let me throw something together. I stated I did not understand why I could not get an estimate. Down the tunnel we went. He transferred me to a man possibly named (Ash)not sure of his name as David refused to give his name. He seemed to be performing for an audience. He went on about 10 times about the policy of not giving quotes over the phone. To which I stated I understood it and respected it. I gave my view from a customer stand point. I like to know what things I am spending money on cost. I must be the only one.
He continued to say he was not going to break policy and maybe this is not the shop for me. I had never asked him to do that. I had already acknowledged the "policy" and needed to move forward. Twenty six minutes of this nonsense. I eventually told him he was not a good listener and I could not understand why he continued saying that about the policy. He must have had an audience. He then states now I am insulting him and being rude. REALLY!! I hung up. I called back and asked for his name and got David who also wanted to go down a rabbit hole. He was kind as was Jake but OH MY GOSH. Another repeat session of why they can't give quotes over the phone. Then refusing to give me the last persons name because David said they did not want any bad reviews. Can't work with people who don't listen or have selective hearing. Torture is what that was. Pure torture.

Everyday I wake up is a good day. I did not demand anything you and your staff are absolute liars. I actually have experienced each of the true professionals you mentioned. Each of those professionals did give me an estimate. Very happy with the plumber and my new roof. Both very professional and neither sent out advertisements through the mail trying to get business. Stop sending your circulars to my home, it goes right to the recycle bin. You and your staff lack integrity. I saw the other reviews of how pricey you are. I don't need luck. I am blessed beyond measure!
