If I could give zero stars I would. In all of my years of owing vehicles, I’ve never had an issue with items missing out of my vehicle. Brought my vehicle to these people to get a simple inspection sticker, I had two packs of cigarettes and five dollars in my console, tell me why the cigarettes and money was gone after their female employee drove my vehicle from out of the inspection bay back around to the front. Just be warned. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO COME UP MISSING. Cigarettes are high and wages are low!!! It might not have happened to anyone else, but it happened to me.

I am only given 1 star because I can not give a 0. I got a flat tire on Friday afternoon, it was obvious there was a screw in it. I have tire shop I use and can patch for free but I decided to bring it here on Saturday to be patched and pay for it. I have used them to patch in the past. After a little while the guy came out with a handful of grud and told me my tire couldn’t be fixed and would be 180.00 I told him absolutely not and I would go else where. I was charged a labor fee for looking at it. I immediately called my tire shop and told them what happened and they told me to bring it to them Monday. I brought it and told them about the grud and all that they told me they would look at the tire and the inside would tell me if it was still good or not because they wouldn’t patch it if it was unsafe and I would need a new tire which I said was fine. Long story short they were able to patch my tire and told me they are glad I didn’t pay for that tire. I called central auto back and spoke with Randy the owner which was very rude and I finally just hung up on him because he didn’t seem to care and they must know what they are doing and very rudely said I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. They are robbing people who don’t know
