What a wonderful shop and great people! We were on vacation travelling in Kentucky from Dallas, TX and the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light illuminated indicating a mis-match in tire pressures. We pulled over and checked the tire pressures and the front left tire indicated 3 pounds less pressure than the other three tires. As we didn't think too much of that, we kept going until the next exit where there were three gas stations. At the first two stations, the air pumps did not work. We tried at the third station and it pumped air, but because the fitting was not correct, air came out of the tire instead of going in. At this time, the onboard computer advised us to call for service. However, Google Maps indicated there was a tire shop 9 miles up the road. So we ended up at Center Street Service and they were able to get us in a bay quickly. They removed the tire, tested it for leaks (none), balanced the tire and filled it with the proper air pressure. When I pulled out my debit card to pay and asked how much it would cost, they said, "Nothing. We really didn't do anything." I told them I would provide a five-star review and they were happy about that. If I ever go through the area again, I would definitely get serviced there. If you live in the area, I encourage you to get your vehicle serviced there. You can tell them that Phil sent you! Thanks again for the wonderful service!

***#1 They were able to provide a price on the first call and schedule a service time. My vehicle was fixed the next day. *Would have been same day if I didn't call late in the day.

As a single mom, I'm usually leery of most mechanic shops. I've had some terrible experiences. But I love Center St Tire. First, they have two of the kindest admins at the front desk. Christina and Stacey are always so incredibly kind, personable, upbeat and knowledgeable. There have been times they were absolutely swamped while I was in there and they both handle everything with such positivity and grace. They truly go above and beyond for their customers in every way. I don't get a chance to interact with many of the mechanics, but my car is always in great shape after they're done with it. They'll take care of you and your vehicle every time.

I contacted Center Street Service about mounting and balancing tires and installing new tpms sensors. This is my second time using them and both experiences were great. The staff is friendly and the technicians will explain everything you need to know about the service you received. There was an initial problem with my tpms sensors (that I provided myself) but they took care of that the next day with no additional fees. I checked around and they had the best prices as well. I would not hesitate to use them anytime I need their type of service.

Great prices and great service! The women at the front desk are super courteous and always happy to answer any questions. The mechanics in the shop are also knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires, wheels, or services done to their vehicle.

Great service and turn times! Ordered a set of tires on Thursday and they had them on the next day. This included putting on a new set of wheels that I brought in as well. Stacey and Christina were very helpful and kind in the office. It’s refreshing to have such great customer service!!
