I have NEVER encountered someone so rude! Used for a tow, thank goodness my insurance had to handle him on that one. After it was done, gave me a call...didn't leave his name or his business name just said "call me back".
So I called this number back. At first asked me who I was and finally said his name and have had a towing service after about 5 minutes why he called my number. I told him my insurance said I would have to pay $24. Then said he wouldn't go down to my area to collect it and said I should have been there when he towed it. Then had to explain I work for emergency purposes and a co-worker picked me up. He made some remarks and told him directly how rude he was being. Then had the AUDACITY to ask me why I left Missouri if Missouri was so great. I just asked him if I could pay over the phone...doesn't know how/do that. Asked him to text me the address to the place...said he doesn't know how to text. I was stunned and said "you don't know how to text" and HIS RESPONSE WAS "well you don't have a tow truck". THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. NO STARS IF I COULD! He better be grateful my insurance paid him.

I just had this towing guy come down because dummy me, I ran out of gas. And my battery went dead. Battin a thousand today.

The guy who came down (i didn't catch his name. When I asked him, he jokingly said "Stupid". ?) was friendly as all hell. He didn't even charge me for the gas, even though Geico said I would have to pay.

Thanks, "Stupid", for bailing me out!

He is a scam artist. He towed my car for a a very short distance and charge me $465.
Every time I called to go and pick up the car he either hung-up or it was not convenient for him. After 3 days of trying to reach him finally. I picked up the car. He said he is a one man operation. He didn't have anyone to work at his business location to return the car. He charged me for 3 days storage fee when he was the one that intentionally delayed returning the car. The cost of towing was $108 but he charged me $465 and he only took CASH.
I am reporting him to the Mass Department of Public Utilities (DPU).

Didn’t even get far enough to use them as a service. Arrived over 30 minutes before quoted time to tow my car, I wasn’t home yet (was less than 15 minutes away) so he just left. Hung up on me before I could even say “okay, sorry”. Was unpleasant dealing with my insurance company, still wanted to be paid

This idiot took a road-side assistance call to tow my car. He went to the wrong address (because he doesn't know how to use GPS) and then canceled the service call. I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting for him. When I called him on the phone to figure out what happened and he said "towing is really tough." What does that even mean?

I’m so beyond dissatisfied with this company. Where do I begin!? First of all, I had to report the guy who apparently owns the company to Geico for his obscene language around my family when getting my car. I also reported him because he tried to swindle my stepmom to give him a $100 tip for getting my car. I just got my personal car back from the auto body shop and there are slashes all over the steering wheel from a knife. The auto body shop did an amazing job on my car but this **hole slashed my steering wheel! I will be filing a formal complaint with Geico management/corporate as soon as possible and seeing if I can get this fixed on his dime. Not a way to do business. All I needed was my car towed and fixed. Not slashes on my steering wheel because you didn’t get a tip or because I reported you for obscene language!
Please do yourself a favor and be sure not to use this company. I hate leaving poor reviews but please stay away. This guy is bad news! Even the Geico claims adjuster met him and said that he rubbed her the wrong way.
