We rented the pool area for my son's 13th birthday party. The staff was polite, the pool was clean, and reseasonably priced. Definitely a place we will rent again.

The best place to find a wide array of both beginner classes and more advanced classes. Take a dip in the pool or catch a water aerobics class in the morning or the evening. Plenty of all levels yoga classes, including Chair Yoga on Fridays. I love the Strength and HIIT classes, Zumba, Yoga, and BodyPump. The staff and instructors are incredible and the overall vibe is chill and welcoming. Busiest times are around 4:30-5:30pm but you can still always get equipment. Highly recommend.

The staff are very helpful and upbeat. The classes are fun and the pool is beautiful and bright. You can work out as hard as you want or as light as you need to in any class. And if classes aren't for you there's plenty of equipment to go around.

Encouraging staff and fitness coaches help keep you coming back for more. Classes for all levels. Its my second year still enjoying this facility the workouts and enjoying the friendships I have made.

I really like the variety of group classes available at convenient morning times. The swimming pool is amazing. There are many swim classes available too. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions. It’s a good place to work out.

Had first evaluation for Physical Therapy. Got a schedule set up. Looking forward to improving mobility and strength.
Improving with each visit in strength and balance.
Still improving.
Challenges keep coming and gains are noticed.
Finished PT, will now use the Gym portion. Orientation next.

Doing water aerobics and leg and arm exercises on the machines twice a week. Improving.

Water aerobics up to 4 times per week plus machines twice per week. Staff is great for me.

Started PT again for knees. Still trying to get water aerobics in also.

PT and Therapy Pool are working. Building back up after vacation.

Continuing PT, plus water aerobics variations 3 days a week.

The Health and Wellness Center is a place to meet new friends and try different classes. They work very hard to make this a place where you want to keep coming back!
