I chose to try VIP once they assumed Center Automotive for a full tire replacement, alignment, oil change, and brakes check. I was initially pleased by their attention and communication. Once the work on my Highlander was initiated, however, I was forced to make all of the calls to check on the status of my car. I made it very clear I was concerned about the brakes; after several exchanges, I was told the pulsating was normal (and that's never normal). Ten days after the oil change my car hemorrhaged oil all over my garage and driveway. The engine would have seized if I hadn't been at home, so I suppose that's the silver lining, aside from the clean-up. I had the car towed to VIP/Center Auto within two hours of closing on Saturday. I received no communication from them and didn't know the status of my car until I called them Monday morning. In the end, VIP claimed it was a bad oil filter. They did the oil change again. When I picked-up the car I was handed the keys. No apology...no acknowledgement that I had sourced a tow to the garage and spent hours cleaning the oil spill. You may have a better experience...just beware and be ready to do a lot of managing and self-advocacy.

UPDATE: Matt from VIP contacted me and made every effort to rectify this situation. Given Matt's outreach and communication, I will try their service again.

This is my third visit to VIP service and each time I have received excellent service. Matt is fantastic! He takes the time to go over snd explain all the work that has been done on my car which is very helpful. The mechanics are great, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied customer!

I have been going to Center Automotive forever. When it was bought by new owners I was bummed out but I have been back three times since (with three different cars) and they are great. Great service, they are nice and very efficient!

We have gone to what was Center Automotive since 1996 and they just retired and switched over to VIP. We took my daughter’s car in for routine maintenance and we could not be happier! Matt and Charlie were super helpful and while I will admit I was really nervous with the change over I could not be happier with VIP- Will be making an appointment for our other car asap!! Price was better than originally quoted too!!!!

Well priced and the staff was very knowledgeable. Charlie provided a lot of good info about batteries and ongoing maintenance that they offer at no additional charge for customers. Will be back with my BMW M3 for sure!

I drove into work with my tire light on, VIP took my car in immediately and had it back to me within no time at all, removed a nail I didnt even know I had and offered some very helpful recommendations. Besides the absolute convenience of being so close to my work, I will consider all my car needs to be addressed conveniently during my work hours! Thank you all so much for your warm reception, quick work and for my comfort in knowing my car is safe again!
