Horrible. I brought my 2004 VW Beetle in because the check engine light was on, and the engine was overheating. I called on a Friday morning, and they said I could drop it off ASAP. I dropped it off that morning, and got a call later that day saying that they couldn’t find the problem, and that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Tuesday, because it was a holiday weekend and they would be closed. NONE of this information was given to me when I first dropped it off. If I had known this, I would have taken it somewhere else, as I needed my car for the week. This was the only time they ever called me. If I wanted any updates or information about the status of my car, I had to call them. That is incredibly unprofessional. On that Tuesday, I called, asking for an update, only for my dad to show up an hour before closing and realize they were closed on Tuesday, another thing they failed to tell me. I called AGAIN on Wednesday morning, only to be told that the owner hadn’t even come in yet to look at it. My dad called later that afternoon asking for an update, and no one answered. Eventually, my dad had to physically go to the shop just to talk to the owner. We
got the car back that night, and I was charged $200 because he replaced the thermostat, which was a problem, but not the main problem. I instead took the car to my brother, who was able to find the problem right away and get it fixed. I had a terrible and stressful experience with this business. There was absolutely no communication on their part, and the due to that and the lack of professionalism, I do not recommend taking your car here.

I’ve been going to bill since I was 16 I’m now in my late 30’s billy is a character with an unusual sense of humor, but he’s a great guy. I think he’s very fair in his pricing and timing. One day you can go there and get right in other times your car may sit for a week in all depends on how busy the shop is. He has never been able not to fix my vehicles. I now live an hour away from the shop and still don’t trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. Highly recommended!!!!!

Should have read the reviews first., I called and asked if I could drop off my truck to get it looked at. Seven weeks later I had no option but to pick up my truck. I couldn’t wait any longer very little communication. And when I finally went to go pick up my truck, the shifter was broken and a brake line blew out that they should’ve told me about. heed my warning stay clear of this place.

If I could give no stars I would choose that. If you are looking for a mechanic that will communicate with you in a timely manner about whether he is able to complete the job or to communicate with you at all then this is not the place for you. My car sat around for weeks before the mechanic finally said there was nothing he could do. Fine but tell me this. I was hard up and the brakes were not functioning so I waited and waited and waited. He acted like we were inconveniencing him when we would call to check in about the status and stated he works on cars in the order in which he receives them. Excuses and no apologies. I tried to be patient, but that was foolish of me. BEWARE.
