Horrible experience!! First time and last time going there. I got an oil change Friday and then Saturday morning my low oil pressure light was blinking. Took it back to them Monday and the owner said "it's just a coincidence that your oil pressure sensor is bad, it's like your refrigerator it just goes bad unexpectedly" he said it would be safe to drive. Then 2 days later my engine starts smoking. I look under my car and there's a HUGE puddle of oil. My check engine light was blinking and there was no oil on the dipstick. I had to put 4 quarts in. I took it back to them and they still insisted they didn't do anything. I went to look at the sensor and and it had been tampered with. I will never go there again and I would recommend it to anyone unless you want them to blow your engine up. Horrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there! AND he added green coolant to my overflow when it clearly takes orange. Anybody that knows anything about cars should know that's not okay!

We blew a tire on our travel trailer en route to South Dakota- we called numerous tire shops near this area and none could get us in to replace tire EXCEPT this amazing business. They squeezed us in immediately when they were clearly already having a busy day and helped us quickly replace all 4 travel tires. Highly recommend! Amazing service!!!

Jason provides a high level of service and competency that is rare. His shop is very busy and, like any professionally run business, worth waiting for if it can't be gotten to immediately. Ida Grove is lucky to have this business in town.

Had front end noise in my Jeep, googled this place. Jason drove it, put it on the lift and fixed in under an hour. The guy didn't even charge me!, I doubt he does this for everyone that comes in, probably starve doing that. Thanks Jason, you guys know your way around a car!

Don't tell customer that you will get something done TODAY when you don't even pick up the vehicle as YOU say you will! I would have found another fix IF I had been told this! Now there's no vehicle for an event scheduled for tmrw!
