This business is a well oiled machine. They have saved me a ton of headache twice now with last minute emergency repairs. Not only are their techs the best around, they actually care and do their best to keep cost down for you. I'll never go anywhere else.

Went to get a flatbed put on my obs f250 and they kinked the front tank so i couldn’t get more than a quarter tank in without it spraying all over the place. They took it said it was fixed and a week later same results. Oh well i guess 5500$ you expect it to be done right.

I purchased a truck and some dumpsters from Carey they had put a hooklift system on. Mike offered to paint the dumpsters any color I wanted at no extra charge, which he did. A week or so after owning the truck I managed to break my tarp system which was totally my fault. I called Carey to get it fixed and was told I could bring it any time. I drove over the next day expecting to drop it off and come pick it up in a couple of days but Mike told me to just stick around and they would do it while I was there. About two hours later the tarp was fixed and adjusted so I wouldn’t be able to break it again so easily. For this service I was charged $0.00. To me this is exceptional service and I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

I will start by saying have run a large fleet of trucks and heavy equipment for 16 years now and don't often give reviews of vendors. That said Mike, Chan and their staff work tirelessly to make sure that we not only get the right equipment installed on our vehicles weather it be a plow, sander, truck body or tractor unfit. They support the products they sell and always service our gear long after the sale when there is an issue. Mike is the heart and soul of his business and has my upmost respect, he earned it by being a man of his word. Thank you and your team for all you do make my job easier!

I will start off by saying this is the worst experience I have had in my 15 years of buying equipment. Be careful when dealing with Carey auto and their salesman Chris.

I was told a dump body would arrive 4-5 weeks after a deposit was put down and installed in 1-2 weeks after it arrived.

I gave a deposit on 07/30/2020. On 10/29/2020 there was no dump body. The sales person Chris kept saying it will be in next week. After a month of him saying that I had to recover my truck from them.

They also lied about how the body would be shipped and told me they would ship it individually only after I contacted the Attorney Generals Office. Before I did that they would only say they had to wait for a truckload of them.

With our busy schedule, he found time to regularly come by our office or follow up via email/phone to update us and provide info which was greatly appreciated. Everything went super smooth and would recommend to anybody looking for a trailer or other equipment.
