An absolutely outstanding experience from the moment I set foot on the lot! Bobby Shupe was amazing! Took the time to explain everything, and I didn't once feel pressured or rushed. He and the finance team worked with me to get the car I wanted, at a price I could afford. I bought a Kia Seltos from them, and I LOVE it! It's comfortable, roomy, rides like a dream, and looks so pretty! And, with all the safety features, my insurance went DOWN almost 150 a year! I highly recommend this dealership, if you're looking for a new ride!

The whole place was amazing all the staff etc. I will definitely be purchasing all my future vehicles from Cape & Islands Kia. Mike the General Manager was also amazing, as well as Leo the Finance Manager.

Bobby did a wonderful job with helping me with my lease. In November I went to get some numbers and I was not happy with them. This week I went in ready to hand over the keys, sign whatever needed to be signed and walk home. Bobby worked hard at working with me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, answered and explained everything to my questions, and was brave enough to get in the vehicle with me being the driver.

Last week I went in to buy a new car and trade in my Wrangler, I made the appointment and went in early because I was able to get things done sooner than expected. Nichole was the point of contact till I came and once there she handed me over to Bobby Shupe. Mr. Shupe is a true professional in my book! The experience was a solid 10 all the way from showing till departure with my new Kia Soul. Miss Nichole was super friendly and I enjoyed talking with her while there. Finance was on the ball. Ok guys. Do you know how everyone needs a new car but dreads dealing with cars salesmen? Me too. Until I met Bobby at Cape & Islands Kia. Such a genuinely nice and helpful person. I’m not one to walk into a dealership and buy a car the same day, but I know he gave me the best deal and 10/10 would go to him again. He also helped me after the sale when I realized I left items in my trade in vehicle and was super responsive the whole time.
