Purchased a new vehicle last week. Service was excellent from start to finish! Very attentive staff, easy, clear buying process, accommodating to my situation. Staff was all very friendly, easy-going, and understanding. I had an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection a coolant leak was found coming from my water pump. It was quickly diagnosed and repair plan was created. Nicole, the service representative informed me of the issues and took me to the service area to have the technician explain the issue and repair plan. The technician confirmed they had the part on hand and completed the repair in the estimated time. Nicole kept me informed of the technicians progress throughout the repair. Excellent job!!

I always have a good experience at Premier Jeep and this time was no exception. The mechanic that worked on my care came out and explained exactly what & why I needed the repair and then Taylor kept me informed and provided a video of what was done to my car. The service dept is very thorough and professional!

Chris was great in getting my vehicle in before the scheduled appointment assessed the work that needed to be done. Let me know with the total dollar amount when approved got the work done. I had a couple of more things I added on and it was never a problem. They also delivered my car for me after it was done. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience. Will def use them again.

I had an emergency when my car started making a terrible noise during a trip to Cape Cod from CT to visit family. I was only in town for the weekend and arrived around midnight on Saturday, August 27. I did not know if my car was safe to drive back to CT on Monday so I got up after a few hours of sleep and arrived at this location a little after they opened on Saturday, August 27, 2022. I was met by Shawn who shared that the service department was completely booked for the day but who asked more details about what was happening with my car. He was able to get one of the service technicians to drive my car that day and the service technicians noticed some serious problems that made my car unsafe to drive. They were then able to squeeze me in for service at the end of their busy Saturday so that my car could get fixed, I could stay safe, and be back to my work in CT on Monday. So thankful for the wonderful service and communication I received from this amazing team! I would recommend them to anyone needing support! This team is knowledgeable and caring! I appreciate everything they did to help me! Thank you!!

I had a great visit. The staff was so wonderful. Took time to make sure Understood everything. My registration ran out and the young women in the waiting room area went above & beyond to help me with the RMV site to renew My registration. She was really patience & helpful. Your staff us outstanding. I also appreciated the Free car wash. It’s a really good car wash will go there again when The traffic isn’t so bad. Thank you again to all that help me. Diane Hays.

Shawn did an excellent job helping me get some warranty work completed and they also patched my tire. The work was handled in a timely fashion and my truck is back to tip-top! Tony was also helpful, great team at Premier.
