We had a fantastic experience at Camping World in Greenfield, Indiana. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly.

Desiree was particularly pleasant, and we appreciated that the store is dog-friendly—she even encouraged us to bring our dogs inside, although we chose to keep them in the fenced-in dog area.

The sales floor is spacious and well-organized. Casey Wilson greeted us and kindly explained that they were short-staffed due to the holiday, which we completely understood. Despite that, he patiently took us around in a golf cart to see the campers I had on my list. Although two of the models I had selected were pending deals, Casey worked diligently with us, and we were ultimately able to trade in our 2022 Wolf Pup for a 2024 Forest River SALEM CRUISE LITE 19DBXLX. We're big fans of Forest River, wanted to stay with that brand but we were looking to move away from having a slide.

One of the reasons we chose Camping World is the peace of mind their locations and network provide across the country. I consistently travel 1,100 miles each month (one way) to visit my kids, and my husband feels much safer knowing that there's always a Camping World nearby. We've read great reviews on Good Sam, and both the Camping World locations in Huber Heights, Ohio, and Greenfield, Indiana, have gone above and beyond for us. From reviewing the current state of our Wolf Pup after a blowout to helping us get into a new travel trailer, they’ve been exceptional.

Came to help my parents buy a camper, everyone was super kind & welcoming from the front desk to the clerk in the camping department. Very accommodating offering drinks and a comfortable place to rest as it was so hot the day we came to look around. Chase was our salesman very friendly and helping get them in nice camper for their future! Ej & Ron from finance were awesome to work with and got everything squared away without any stress. Then Brandon showed us around the camper for our demo taught us everything we needed to know! Thank you all for making this experience fun as well!

I purchased a Coleman b100 mini bike from this location. Awesome customer service and I couldn’t be more happy with the bike I bought for my 8 soon to be 9 year old. The process from ordering to receipt was smooth. I was able to order over the phone get my receipt, and then my bike less than a week later. The salesman, Bernie was awesome. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

If there was anything lower, the service department would get it. I'm going to go with incompetent. I bought from Mount Comfort... and had to go to CW for warranty work. The fridge was not cooling for over a year. Countless trips back, numerous camping opportunities lost, Uber fees, inconvenience of friends & family for rides to leave it there. Fed up with getting nowhere, I brought my Class C RV home... called GE (fridge) and the manufacturer (Forest River). Both these men were competent & kind. We troubleshooted the problem in less than a day. The fridge works fine now... it wasn't the fridge... it was an electrical shutoff in the system, not my supply. But regardless... it's fixed, no thanks to CW Greenfield.

Awesome service department super helpful. My water pump had exploded and I had the three or warranty. Made it easy and seamless to get my pump replaced. I get to take a shower today and that makes me happy. Solid team.

Chase was very helpful and spent a lot of time with my wife and I helping us find the best camper for our needs. And, once we did, he helped make the process easy. When we picked up the camper, the staff spent several hours going over every detail of the camper, answering all our questions.
