We called on the road about our bedroom slide not working and they said come on and their tech would take a look. Very hard space to crawl into to get to motor but their tech Dan is awesome! They ordered the motor worked with our warranty company and got it done the next couple of weeks. They also fixed a patch on the roof. Great store with lots of supplies and very knowledgeable employees and owner Debbie! We highly recommend this place!

They couldn’t fit us in same day on a Saturday, which wasn’t surprising. But they did take the time to check out our camper and give us some advice which we really appreciated. Debbie was super friendly and knowledgeable and said this was her family owned business for 19 years. Her RV was sitting right outside. The mechanic also helped us get back on the road and out of the tiny parking lot, awesome service! Would recommend.

Got a winterizing price of $195 for my Mercedes Solara, went to pick it up price was $500!! They charged me to put the panels back on that they took off to winterize. They charged me for 3 gals of anti freeze that should have been in the original quote! $45 to top off windshield wiper fluid. They get $176 an hour! Unbelievable! All I can say is beware!

Great staff, great communication. I took our brand new travel trailer here to be winterized and they did it within 24hours and under what I was quoted! Definitely will be back for our service needs.

We brought our camper in for repairs. They gave us a quote for one price and tried to charge us double. The we talked to Lippert who was paying part of the repair and was told that the way they did the repair was not correct and it should have only taken 4 hours not 18 and Lippert would have paid the whole thing. Once we finally got our camper back after a month there are damages to it. Deb is rude and unprofessional and saying the damages were already there. Do not use the scam people and damage their campers.

Brought my 2013 Roadtrek to Camping USA for mainly generator repair and both Deb & Debbie could not be more helpful and accommodating. The tech service was phenomenal. Corrected generator issues (new carb/fuel pump and circuit board) as well as some new cabinet clasps. Took some time but was well worth it! Will definitely be back for service if needed. These guys are great!

Brought my camper in for repair of the TV Antenna. The staff troubleshot the problem then worked with the manufacturer RV dealer service center for parts to complete the repair. Both Cable & OTA work good now.

They pulled the latch that holds the top of my popup almost out of the wall claiming it was that way when I took it there. They even split the wall. I had no prior problems with that latch until I took it there. I asked how much to repair it and they responded it’s very expensive. I fixed it myself and it’s very secure. I can understand they lost money during the covid disaster but stop ripping off your customers!!!! Some of us do take pictures of everything before we bring our vehicles in for repairs to protect ourselves from businesses like this one.
