Great service! Fast service! The staff is very professional nice and calm. I noticed a small area that needed repair after getting my car back and the staff quickly took it in back to fix my issue with no hesitation. Repairs were quick I was able to leave my rental there for pick up hassle free.

They were able to find problems from previous shops and do their best to fix those problems as well they went above and beyond so I am deeply grateful and thankful for the work that was done to my car. I have never been involved in any sort of driving accident in my 29 years of life until recently. I was very disappointed and not looking forward to the process of having to deal with insurance and repairs. But little did I know, I genuinely had absolutely nothing to worry about at all. I was referred to Caliber Collision the very next day after my accident and all of my worries evaporated as soon as I stepped through the door. I was greeted by the very humble and extremely professional and presentable John who guided me through the procedure moments after I entered his facility. I was also issued a rental vehicle through my insurance and John’s connection to the local rental services. I literally just filed a claim for an accident and John pretty much arranged and handled the rest. After turning over the keys to my car, I was immediately handed keys to my rental which came to my location! The professionalism is above top notch when it comes to the entire experience and process. I am aware of parts shortages at a global scale and yet somehow my Toyota Camry was able to be repaired and placed back into my possession in just two weeks time. John also was courteous enough as to issue text messages containing updates on the repair process with photos to support the current status!! Something I never expected a collision center to offer. Due to that very thoughtful feature, I had absolutely no need to even consider calling one time to question the progress with my vehicle. I knew I was sent to the right place for the job the moment I shook this gentleman’s hand. He knows his trade, and runs one heck of a business. My name is Cornelius Bardney I’m an Army Veteran. Unfortunately my car was hit in a mall parking lot did quite a lil damage. I had insurance Thur State Farm, they recommended Caliber Collision in park forest. When I initially took my car there they gave me an estimate time of about 2 weeks. These guys was finished with my vehicle in a week. The exceeding their very own expectations. I would recommend anyone to go caliber collision, they are very professional, understanding and just great overall. They even provided transportation to me to go pick up my rental car. I personally can’t say enough about these guys. They are amazing!

From my first encounter to my last, they were very professional and friendly. They sent pictures of the car periodically and updated me often. I had the most wonderful experience at Caliber thanks to John, Walt, and Jasmine at the front desk! I was referred to Caliber through my insurance and every step was explained in detail when I dropped my car off so I knew what to expect. Everyone is so professional and kind, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Despite the parts shortages, I was able to get my car back in two weeks. I received pictures of the repair process over the two weeks while I waited, which was really helpful. When it was time to pick my car up, it looked brand new, and they even took the time to clean the interior and wash the exterior. Even though I was one of probably many customers, I felt like I was prioritized by their team from start to finish. I was able to pick my car up and leave the keys to the rental with Caliber, which was a plus because I didn't have to return the rental myself. All in all, I had an amazing experience working with Caliber and will certainly be back for repairs if needed in the future. I can't thank you all enough!
