A girl with glasses working there she gave me a dirty look whenever she saw me.
It was around 10:30 pm. I felt extremely uncomfortable! I don't think I'll come back to this store again.

This new Burlington store in Mount Laurel has a nice selection of product. Pet area is lacking and one would think the selection would be better sitting next to TJ Maxx, Petsmart, and Target. Decent shoe selection which could prove some competition for DSW. They also have a much better men's selection than TJ Maxx. Worth checking out especially with the other nearby stores.

I needed work pants but literally every other clothing store on the entire mall strip OTHER than Burlington were a pain to deal with for this one simple task. At the other stores in the strip mall (from Wegmans to Costco), the work pants were either hard to find in the store, had a strange/ugly design, or felt way too overpriced. Burlington was the last store on my list but I was happy to find out that they were objectively better than the other stores in every way. It shouldn't have to be this hard to find work pants from a retailer in-person, but since it is, I am rating Burlington 5 stars.

At 9:50 pm, they decided to close the fitting room for some reason, and when I asked why they replied, we are short staff. I asked if they could just reopen it for just 15 minutes while they were supposed to close at 11pm anyway, and there were no one other than me and my wife. They refused and said that I could ether leave everything or pay for everything and do another trip to the store tomorrow morning to return undesired items.
Now, the question is, who is responsible for my wasted time! What an unprofessional treatment. So disappointed 😞
