My wife and I have been traveling through the states and we have been blessed to find just the right people to work on our vehicle and Brock Auto Service is no exception. Their rates were awesome as well as their customer service. They were fast and they asked before they did anything. If I lived in the area, I would use them for everything.

Wonderful experience! Was able to get my car in super quick. (Needed to have my AC & wipers looked at). The service was excellent as soon as I got there. They answered all of my questions. The prices for service were very reasonable. They called me once the issues were diagnosed with the price to fix them. My car was ready to be picked up the same day within hours. Highly recommend! I plan on coming back in the future for any car maintenance needs or car concerns. I personally spoke with Mr. Brock & he was so kind & helpful. Him & his staff are the people you WANT working on your vehicles. They are people you can TRUST! They even had a small pet dog there & he was super sweet & greeted me. Thanks!!!

We were stranded 2 hours from home and found Brock’s Auto Service online with great reviews. We went in at 8:00 that morning and they were able to squeeze us in even though they were booked. The staff were kind and helpful, and created a very friendly and fun environment while we waited (including the sweet puppy!). They kept us informed of what was happening with the car and checked up on us about a week later to see how the car was and if everything was good. Would recommend!

Have taken several vehicles to Brock's and the service is always top notch. On one occasion, they even called to let me know that a service I had requested wasn't necessary and the reasons why. Most mechanics would've simply done it anyway and charged me. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on.

I was happy with the work that Brock’s had completed on my other vehicle, so I had them do some maintenance services on my SUV. I’m still happy with their work and everything else. They replace anything with OEM parts, which I really like even though it costs more. It’s comforting to have a place you can trust that’s so close to home.

Great Service, Great Pricing and they only recommend what’s necessary,

2nd time using them for an “odd ball” fix. This time, I came in for a bad headlight wiring harness (according to the Ford Dealer) However, Ron and his team determined it was the headlight assembly not the wiring harness and replaced only what was necessary,

Great service, timely completion and just super nice folks to deal with.

Will definitely use them again when the next car fix is needed.

I had some issues with my car that needed diagnosed. Brock’s did a thorough and honest inspection. Called me every time there was an update or a new estimate. Even after the work was done I got a check in from the owner, noticed my sensors weren’t reset and they had me come in so they could take care of it. Wasn’t expecting the quality care and customer service. I recommend this shop over any other and will definitely be coming back if I need additional work done on my vehicle.

11am stopped in with a misfire on cylinder 1.
Asked if they may be able to fix it asap.
Besides being friendly, the owner drove me back to the hotel. We had a 1:00 check out.
3:00 the car was done and we were on the road. Only having a 2 hour delay was awesome! The car performed perfectly all 600 miles home! Thank You, Ron and your wife and the mechanic! We are very grateful.
