I've been a student at Bridgeview for eight months. Being 35 when I signed up, I never thought I would draw and paint like I do now.
My favorite teacher at the school is Boris Kulikov. He not only tells what to do, but also explains why and how. Boris is a very talented artist himself, and not only he is kind and patient, but he also is a very easy going and humorous person. I'm very thankful to him for all the knowledge he shared with me. I can call myself an artist now, too.

Both my children have been students at Bridgeview and we have been very happy. The curriculum focuses on foundational skills, fostering artistic development and technical growth. It truly feels like an art studio, emphasizing the discipline and dedication needed to succeed in the world of art. The teachers are very accomplished and yet generous in sharing their experiences and talent with students. I highly recommend.

I started with drawing classes at Bridgeview on 2020 and are now working on oil painting. I've been taking classes with Leo Kundas, and he's so great and patient with his students. He provides great guidance allowing you to have your own style, but guiding you through all the principles. Below is a progess piece I'm currently working on, I never thought I would have the skills or be able to get to this level.

My daughter is at the Bridgeview art school for the past 5 years and it has been absolutely an incredible experience! The school itself is like a little haven of inspiration, with walls adorned with the works of students, creating an atmosphere that makes art feel alive. I can not express enough how happy we are with the school and her teachers. Boris, and previously beloved Polina, opened up a whole new world of creativity and skills. My daughter learned so much about different painting techniques and styles, from abstract to realism, that her confidence has truly blossomed. Her teachers have nurtured her talent with great patience. The best part is seeing my kid how much she genuinely enjoys every moment there – she always comes home excited to show her latest piece. Not only that, but all this hard work and dedication recently paid off in a big way when my kid won an award among all other kids in New York City. It is impressive how many kids from Bridgeview make it into super competitive art schools and colleges in New York City ( but also in other states). Teachers work very hard and school is open during most holidays so kids dont miss the class and Lena, the owner, is very kind to always offer makeup sessions when we do miss.

Thank you, and let me tell you your clases helped my son to work with his imperactivity , and focus, my son have DHD, and he was taking arts classes , when he was like 7 and 8, and was really good for him , because he discovered his passion, now he is very focus and educated boy!!. The arts teach everything!!.

Now he is a tall and nice boy of 17 years old, and he will continue with the Arts activities related to, I love this school , and I make the recommendation for everyone!!.

Bridgeview School is a wonderful place. Both my daughter and I take classes in painting and drawing. The teachers are very knowledgable. The classes are structured so that students can work at their level and get individual attention. It is fun, but you learn a lot.
