Anytime my vehicle is acting up I just get ahold of Brian’s and they set up a time for me to come in and run a diagnostic. Prices are fair and work is always done in a timely manner. So glad I found them. It’s hard to find someone good and honest to work on your stuff

Took my Nissan to get the brakes changed here . NEVER AGAIN! Not only do they charge an arm and a leg but they do their job sloppy. Took it to 1 Stop shop in Michigan City where they fixed the problem right away but told me whoever put the brakes did not tighten the bolts correctly and the longer I drove the worse my car could have gotten. Save yourself the headache and do all your mechanic needs at 1 Stop shop. Brian's Auto Repair is no good and the recent reviews should tell you .

You never want to start a vacation with car trouble. I arrived in Michigan City this morning. It was clear something was terribly wrong with the rear suspension. I looked for local auto repair shops on Google and took a chance. I hit the jackpot! Brian was amazing. He brought my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. I was still working out transportation when Brian stopped to assure me the part would be delivered and repair completed within 30 minutes. And he was right. Incredible! Special thanks to Office Manager Julianne and her assistant, Anita. I’m incredibly grateful for you all.

I have used this place several times. They are courteous, fast and most importantly HONEST. I have had a few issues with my car that ended up needing only minor repairs, costing me very little or no money at all. Most places would have lied and tried to milk me for every penny. Brian’s is a very reliable shop.

After spending 1000's and replacing almost the entire fuel system, the fuel gauge doesn't work. Worked perfectly before they had it. Told us we need an Instrument cluster like we're idiots

Could not get fixed at my dealership as it would be days and during Covid there were no car rentals but I stopped in and they installed a new alternator in 20 min. So fair and well done. I will use them for anything I need done . Wonderful people!

We're from out of town and we're passing through Michigan City on the highway, when our van started to break down. Fortunately, we made it to Brian's auto repair, and Brian hooked us up, even though he was super busy because of all the good work he does. He gave us the best price around and got us back on our way. We would highly recommend to anyone, Thanks from the 5 of us.
