Called to ask to get a quote/estimate done for flooding of the belly on my Rv. Since we live in it we can’t take it to a dealer. They refused to even come out and look at it.

Mr Bob was prompt, knowledgeable, kind, and listens. My air was out and this man made time on a Sunday to help me. His rates are very reasonable. Also was not in a hurry to spend money unnecessarily which is a welcome relief in today’s world. He had the right tools and test equipment to go along with his knowledge. Bob is a life saver. We were traveling through the Midwest when our AC unit stopped working at a campsite Friday night. Not only did Bob agree to meet us on our travels, he was able to replace our AC unit that day (Saturday)! His rates were comparable to what we would have paid to fix it back home. We were able to continue our travels without missing any of our vacation and keep the family cool during 99deg days.
