Came into town from out of state for a funeral and my van gave off a couple of warning lights. Pulled into the shop just to see if they had time to check the issue for me. Even though it was clear they were slammed with work they pulled my van right in and looked into the issue for me. Would give them more stars if I could.

My trailer was severely overloaded at a rock quarry, leaving me with a wheel nearly falling off. The tire was severely damaged.

I was only a few blocks from Bob’s shop and he came over to see if he could help. He took my wheel down to the shop and put a used tire on the rim, came back with a jack and impact wrench and replaced the wheel for me. It was a huge blessing.

I was on my way home from a meeting in Indianapolis when my brakes went out on my truck in Martinsville. I called Bob’s Car Care to see if they would have time to look at it if I had it towed there. The office lady (can’t remember her name) diagnosed the issue over the phone and called around for a vacuum brake pump to be delivered to their shop. The truck was towed to the shop and they looked at it immediately and found that it was the vacuum brake pump. The part was delivered and within 2hrs I was on my way home. They also were very fair on their price.
It’s really good to know that there are still good people in this world that will drop everything to help an out of towner in need.

I called Bob's Car Care when my wife developed an issue with her vehicle. I was supporting the Army on a mission and wasn't available. Bob's arranged for a tow from Hunter Towing ( thank you Hunter Towing as well) and was able to repair my wife's vehicle for a great price and do so rapidly and professionally. From the woman who took my first call to the mechanics who fixed everything, it was a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob's Car Care. They are great people with superior skills.

I drive for Complex Coastal. My truck started leaking fuel, pulled over and googled repair shops and called Bob's care care they told me bring it in. When they figured out what was wrong they personaly went to get the part and got me back on the road same day. They were very hospitable and FYI they did all of this after hours. Good people, they made me feel that it was important to them to take care of my unfortunate situation. Thank you again to the great team at Bob's Car Care!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Took my car in because the alternator they replaced went bad a couple months after they installed it. It was under warranty and they replaced it for me for “free”. Charged me labor, installed a new battery without getting confirmation from me for an extra $200. The alternator they replaced the second time went bad within a week. The dealer told me the wiring harness was fine and the PCM was fine originally (they later told me after further diagnostics, the PCM was bad). I had Bob's do the transmission service on the car the same time the warranty work was being done. Bob's told me it’d be $200 for the transmission service and I’d be out the door at $200. Ended up paying $400 out the door with the “free warranty” work, and an extra battery Bob's installed without asking me. When I got the car home the transmission was leaking heaps of fluid. Took it back to them and they said it was fine. Still leaks now. After all of that embarrassment, they tried to upsell me on more work. After they screwed up working on my car 3 times I decided to take it to the dealer instead. All in all, at the dealer they’re charging me $3,000 to fix bob’s mistakes. Never go here or even think about going here. Dirty crooked business and I don’t know how they haven’t been sued out of business. Lady at the counter was not very helpful or pleasant as well. Wasted $1,200 at bob’s between the alternator being replaced twice (once under warranty) and transmission service and now the dealer is fixing it for $3,000. Just take your car to the dealer at that point, or take it to Marino’s in Mooresville where they do honest work at a fair price. My grandpa was bob’s neighbor back when it was a good honest business, he said Bob was a stand up guy. Not sure if bob’s son took over and is a greedy guy or what, but you can’t do business like that.
Edit- the Dealer ended up charging me $4,000 to fix Bob's mistakes. Had I been smart and taken my car to the dealer, or Marino's in Mooresville in the first place, they would've caught the bad PCM and saved me $1,000 from multiple alternator replacements. Would've saved me the $1,200 wasted at Bob's as well. Please, please, never ever, for any reason, bring your vehicle to be serviced here. Not even for an oil change, or a tire rotation. You can't trust these people as far as you can throw them. As far as businesses you can trust, dealers can be sketchy but my specific dealer helped me out. Big O' Tire in Mooresville has a great crew and I trust them to work on my personal vehicles and my work vehicle. Marino's is a long time friend of my family and he does amazing work at a fair price.

Went in to get a diagnosis wasn’t making the noise it was a couple of days back and wasn’t charged, it was nice not being charged for the time it took unlike other places would do
