Unbelievable service! I had a BMW mechanic in Richmond, VA install tires, oil change and check on a battery discharge issue. While this other place was ruling to diagnose they “fried” my NAV and entertainment screen. They wanted to charge me $2800 to fix it just 2 days before my trip home to KY for Turkey day.

So, 800 miles and no screen, info or cameras I get home and drop off with Jacob. He fit me in and after 2-3 hours of coding with one of their technical wizards they had me back up and running and even online with services I’d not had access to from my dealership or technicians in FL, DC or VA had been able to accomplish.

Needless to say I will be flying in to Nashville next year and renting a one way car to pickup our new BMW from Bluegrass! Hands down the best BMW experience to date! So thankful for the amazing team that helped my 2018 X5 diesel back to (better than) normal.

I have never experienced a more first class experience at any car dealership. Bluegrass BMW takes care of you from the minute you pull in the parking lot before you even open the door. I would highly recommend this dealership. My sales person was Aimee and she is exceptional on all counts. I bought my car in February of 2024 and she spent over an hour with me today October 31,2024, helping me with features on my car. Thank you Bluegrass BMW for a wonderful experience from buying to service.

On a cold Wednesday morning, I took my X1 BMW in to the Service Center for a few things I had questions about. Kyle Sams, service professional at BMW Paducah KY was friendly and attentive to my questions. He pointed out that there was a recall on my vehicle and assured me it would be resolved on my visit. I was assisted with some Apps that I didn’t understand involving heat, and a brake issue that I had originally brought my car in to have checked. The waiting area was very comfortable with beverages, a TV, and wi-fi. My sales professional, Miles Martin, checked on me to say “hello” and chat for a few minutes while I waited. In a couple of hours, I was again greeted by Kyle with a full report. All was resolved and explained. I even received a nice car wash. Great service, great professionals! Thank you. Beverly Lynch

My car was picked up for oil service and returned the following day. I live 1 1/2 hours away from Bluegrass BMW and the most polite man left me a very nice 2024 BMW x3 to use until he returned my car the next day. The process went smoothly. I’ve dealt with Bluegrass BMW since 2003 and have never had a bad experience.
