We are extremely disappointed with the service department, yet again, at Bish’s RV in Anderson, IN. Our experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

Firstly, despite leaving multiple voicemails requesting information on a repair, we never received a response. This lack of communication is unacceptable for any service department.

When we dropped off our travel trailer, we were assured that the necessary repairs would be completed as agreed upon. However, when we finally had someone pick up the phone when we called, we found that the repairs had not been done and there was no opening on the schedule before mid-July (it was June 14 and they had already had it for a week). We had to do the repair ourselves, which was a significant inconvenience.

To make matters worse, when we took our trailer out this weekend, we discovered that the gray tank was full (it was empty when we took it in), and the pull handle to empty it was missing. Also, there was an area in the underbelly that had been cut and left the contents under our camper exposed. We had not used the camper since the end of March and everything was in working condition and sealed at that time. This indicates a complete lack of care and attention to detail from the service team who had completed the forever warranty inspection in May 2024 which included plumbing repair. Now, we are faced with additional expense and inconvenience to repair the missing handle ourselves in addition to another delay in actually using our travel trailer.

Overall, our experience with Bish’s RV service department has been extremely disappointing yet a second time in 2 months (same lack of response issues for the warranty work), and we will not be returning for any future services. I strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in the door at Bish's, we were hooked! Morgan, our outfitter, started our journey into camper buying and stayed with us throughout. She answered all our questions (and we had a ton!) and if she didn't know something, she found out. So patient! She then led us to Shane (known as English at Bish's), who answered all of our financing questions and more. He was with us at the end, hooking up the electric brakes!! He was so patient with us on so many things!
Richard educated us on the ins and outs of our new camper, enduring our interruptions and endless questions. Talk about patience!
And lucky Shane got to hang out with us again as we finished up the financing part then we visited the sweethearts in the parts department, Bob and mtomlinson (I didn't catch his full name). They were so helpful in also answering questions and finding the things we needed for our new camper.
And I don't want to forget the people who got our camper ready for us. I appreciate the efforts to make things right for us and getting it together for our trip home. I don't know any of your names but we appreciate you all!
Finally, after the camper was on the pad ready to be hooked up to the truck, Morgan and Shane came to our rescue in getting the electric brakes installed. Another fellow came out to assist but I didn't catch his name --thank you!
The people at Bish's are extraordinary and go above and beyond in making your camper buying experience as pleasant and pain free as possible.
PS I don't want to forget Daniel and Kelly who assisted in getting our service appointment set up.

Stumbled upon an end of month sale ad, gave them a call and the lady on phone was so nice. We made 4.5 hr drive there and purchased our first camper. Everyone there was super friendly and even though we didn't spend a lot they didn't treat us any different. It was an awesome experience and fabulous price.

SHANE RENNA!!! I put out a feeler for a camper and Shane promptly responded and worked around my busy schedule. He drove us around the lot and showed us what we wanted to see! No pressure no BS. Set us up in a brand new 2024 GO PLAY 18 foot camper. Made sure that we got what we needed plus some! He saw it through from beginning of our camper purchase endeavor to beginning of our camper dreams come true. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t buy a camper from anyone else. Shane and the rest of the BISH’s team involved walked us through everything that we needed to know. Cody installed our new three point hitch and walked us through everything that we needed to tow our new camper. Dylan gave us the run through of our new camper bumper to bumper. Top to bottom detailed our new GO PLAY and delivered it flawlessly on day of delivery! These guys are TOP NOTCH! I don’t get any endorsement for this review but I highly advise anyone looking for a camper to stop by BISH’s and see what these guys have to offer!

I purchased my RV just over a year ago. Though I really do like the camper I’ve been very unhappy with the service I’ve received from the Anderson location. I’ve been trying to scheduled an annual inspection for over two months and can’t even get someone to return my call, voicemail, email, text message. No matter what I try I get no response. Again I’m pretty happy with the actual camper (though I was definitely misled about some things at the time of purchase) but if you’re a first time buyer like I was I would not expect much guidance or help after they have your money.
