By far the most disorganized school I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The phone system is incredibly unorganized and I have had to call 3 to 5 times to get a hold of anyone. To get on the line with anyone you just have to try random lines because most of the lines will not answer. Some of the lines don’t even take you to where they’re supposed to. The website is also horribly disorganized. I was shown on the website and told By three separate advisors that I would be getting so much financial aid, three days before classes were supposed to start all of that financial aid was removed. I with Drew from classes because I cannot afford to take them without that financial aid, but the veterans affairs department did not withdraw me from classes with the VA so now I owe VA money.
