Customer service was amazing. I was traveling visiting family and my car was making some noises that alarmed me. In order for me to travel back home safely I found out I was in need of all new brakes. Leonardo Paniagua was the nicest person and fit me in on a busy Saturday schedule with a team of experts to get the job done so I could continue my trip. His kindness and patience with all my questions during a stressful moment gave me assurance and peace of mind. Now that a week has gone by, my car is driving wonderfully and also thanks to Josh ( I think that was one of the mechanics that worked on my car) along with the rest of the team,. My brakes work great and no more noises. I totally would recommend this place for car repairs and for the great costumer service I received from Leonardo when I entered the building.

Until my most recent repairs at Big O I would highly recommend them for any car repairs. I was a loyal customer for over 3 yrs. However, that is now limited to tires brakes and oil changes. Otherwise, they will use cheap parts that will cause further damage to your vehicle. Example: Chevrolet Equinox fuel pumps… They should be replaced with the GM factory pump they came with, not a cheaper Auto Zone version that they charge you full price for. Hence, it will continue to need replaced EVERY few months. Claim to have “Retuned” it, which is moving wires around. For you end up taking it to the dealership to find out it was the cheap pump they put on that doesn’t agree with the system messing up sensors and such. Basically, they will cost you more than their service is worth. For “REAL” car repairs save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I was concerned my car needed new brakes . Ike wrote up the work & informed me that i needed a front end alignment & new rear brakes. My warrant paid for my alignment & the cost of rear brake job, including new rotor, was $415. Car is running well & I am grateful. Ike handles everything well

I had work done in March. I recently determined it was not quite right. I reached out to the Big O team. They got me in immediately and with no hesitation warrantied the products. The whole experience, from the initial visit to being completely happy with the outcome this week, was pleasant, professional and stress free. I cannot speak too highly of the team. I had gotten away from the family tradition of being Big O customers. I am happy to be back.
