I can't brag enough as to how the workers treated me yesterday at your store in Jasper. They stopped working to help me until the ambulance arrived. My daughter in law said when she got there to get my dog, they all came out to see how I was. Thanks so much.

Sent my wife for a pacific brand of tires, instead they decided to put a set of tires i have never heard of. Not happy. Person working the desk should take information given to him for a certain brand and order said tire and make customer happy. Not make a decision to change brand. Never going back to Big O

Made an appointment at 9 AM claim they lost my appointment even though I got two email confirmations, filled it out on a Friday too. They tried to say it was because of the weekend the man working the front desk said that his paper schedule was different than the online one so that tells me that he doesn’t check both of them consistently enough, very disappointed because now I am late to work for something that I schedule ahead of time I showed up early and I did everything that I possibly could’ve done in the right and they screwed me. You don’t make appointments and promise people things as a business and then not hold up on your end, especially when people are counting on you.

Good for my old Dodge truck, good for everyone. ? No joke, I travel all around the world, and I have never met a more friendlier staff than this Big O. They will go out of their way to do what they can. They also do more than just tires. Thank you again.

I own a weird Postal Jeep and I wanted tires that were taller and narrower than what was on there. The guy at the counter went out of his way to find some tires for me. He ordered them for me. Very happy with them

I have been going to Big O for years they always have done a good job. Until now. Four days after having new tires installed on my truck 3 of the wheels had loose lug nuts and I almost lost my front driver side tire from the lug nuts being loose. Thankfully I caught the error before it escalated to a serious problem.

Got me IN and Out of the shop quickly and I like that I am informed of what my car needs. Associates are nice and never wasted time.
