I have a couple of older Hondas that needed a wide range of repairs and Brad at Berkshire did a great job with both bikes. He provides pick-up and drop-off options, and stayed in touch throughout the process so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this shop for repairs, tune-ups, and inspection stickers!

Brad and Adam really helped me out, I had all sorts of scheduling challenges and Brad was so patient with me to work me into their schedule another day. Did some minor service work on my Ducati Scrambler, and a tire change … and then after all that helped me out on the side with a jack for my car that lost a piece of its undercarriage from highway debris on the way to the shop. I just felt comfortable and would send any fellow riders here. Thank you so much.

Brought bike to them in March .they kept saying they would have it done in a few weeks. Well here it is August and they still haven't touched it. I had to go get it or it would have set there for ever. Found a guy in Watertown NY who said he could fix it with a two week turn around.

Had my 83’ CB1000 serviced here. What a pleasant experience compared to shops I’ve dealt with in the past. Very friendly and respectful and pricing is more than fair. This will definitely be where I bring my bikes going forward.

Brad at Berkshire Cycles has Always been there when I’ve needed help. Most recently when my clutch cable decided it’d had enough while I was riding back roads. 5 men lifted my 86 K75 into the back of a “very generous” bystanders pick up truck. I dropped off the bike quite late on a Sunday afternoon, in the pouring rain with nothing more than a 1/2 hours notice. Today, 5 days later, I’m back in business once again!!! Thanks Brad!!!

Berkshire Cycle is an invaluable resource as a motorcycle rider. Their work is quality and reasonably affordable. They are communicative, and honest, and willing to tell you when it's just not worth it to maintain a bike any more. They even give me advice on how to do smaller jobs on my own. The only downside is that sometimes they can get a bit backed up with work, and it might be a couple of weeks until you get your bike back.
