Broken service business model. Always very difficult to get a simple rotate done in a timely manner. Even with a scheduled appointment the wait is 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Free rotation is also a fallacy as the cost is baked into tire purchase. This is a corporate problem, not a local location or technician problem. Absolutely breaking up with Bell at next tire purchase because they can't service reasonably after the sale.

Called Tim at your new location in Westmont, Il. about a safety check for my car free of charge. I get there and spoke with Tim and told me to look for a leakage in the rear end would cost me $75. With customer service that lies to get you I the shop to bait and switch. I live 100ft from the shop, but only 200ft from Discount Tire. Guess where my wife and I will be going for my Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires.

I had a tire go flat on me.That I purchased four months ago a bell tire and I bought the warranty. So I went to bell tire right afterwards and they told me it would be about a 5 hour.Wait after waiting 2 and a 1/2 hours and seeing some people coming in with the same problem that just occurred.Be gone in 15 minutes.I asked for my keys back.But instead of instantly giving my keys back they played a game and tossed the keys around to different people. I feel belle tire owes me for the tire that I will have taking care of at another facility. And I would like a refund on my road hazard and on my lifetime warranty for my alignment because they don't want to honor it because they already made their money they were taking care of paying customers over taking care of warranty customers.

This is a scam . I went to the Westland mi location to have two leaking tires under warranty replaced and they claimed there was no leak and that it was fine and 4 days later it was back to deflating in my driveway by the morning. I tried to ask Joe for clarity on the warranty and he was rude and dismissive and told me he wasn't gonna argue with me nor would he listen to my question . If they did not and can not stop the tire from leaking why is the tires not deemed replaceable under warranty? I'm noticing other ppl with this company having the same experience . Why would I buy a warranty if I can't get a new tire. It seems like the company is using and selling faulty tires on purpose and sucking more money out of ppl and not honoring the warranty . I asked for a manager and Joe claimed he was the manager at this time and proceeded to dismiss me . I need answers immediately

Insurance claim. They put in a windshield didn’t seal it correctly and it stormed and water was poring in my BMW.and said all systems affected. I took it back they put in a second windshield refurbished not OSI and did not fit window. Lied to me said they checked all systems. My insurance company sent me to the BMW dealership claims adjuster was hot. It has cost almost $20,000 later from fixing cameras, electrical another windshield because of wrong windshield and I even have a video where the seal was not even put on at the bottom second time, two rental cars. I will be taking them to court for the damaged and trouble they have caused me.

We purchased new tires and 2 days later had a flat. We took it back to belle and they said there was a bubble in the tire but would not refund it. We emailed customer service and no one ever returned the email or called us. What horrible customer service.

Damaged my brand new explorer. Mr Turner their territory manager does not want to fix a problem and tells me I need to call my insurance company and file a claim. My insurance will then talk to their insurance company. Stated they had to wait to watch their video footage to prove my case. I have pics and my own video to prove it. Indianapolis 86th Street location. Customer service never returns voice messages left. Look at all the bad reviews online, crazy!

Never again! Customer service is horrible at the Cumberland Indiana store. Took my truck in for a simple dismount and remount of two tires. Was told would be finished before the end of business that day, was not completed until noon the following day, had to tell them about my displeasure that day just to get that accomplished.
One week later, I’m back, because the technician misused the tire changer and ruined two aluminum wheels on my truck.
They agreed to replace the wheels seeing that they caused the damage. I was told that the wheels would be in on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week (5day wait) and they would call me when they arrived. Now it’s Thursday (6 days later), so I called them to check on the wheels, and was told they came in yesterday, sorry they forgot to call me, and that they could not do the work on them for six more days. I was told that they were going to be extra busy because of The upcoming Labor Day sale, and they wouldn’t have time for me.
I made contact with the corporate office, will let everyone know if they offer a reasonable resolution.
