These company is a total RIP OFF! We asked them to load 17 drums to our new trailer after previous truck got in to accident. For job which took 10 min and two guys they charged 1000$. Then two days later, after load was rejected by receiver, so we asked them to take drums back for unloading they charged us again 1000$. I offered them to unload on my own but they refused. That's the story. And yes, their correct address: Delhi, LA 203 east 1st street. I wouldn't recommend to do business with them.

They sent a wrecker from monroe. Never said where the wrecker was coming from. Towed me about 26 miles and charge $2,303. Would not recommend this place. Older guy had an attitude and was a know it all. Broke down around 6:30 am and they didn't show up until a little after 10am. Called them after a couple of hours and their dispatcher couldn't get a hold of their driver.

My company Landstar Ranger has over 9,600 trucks on the road. I called this rip-off out of date towing service Bear's towing. And straight got ripped the F_ _ _ off . Went 28 Miles and they changed me 1,320.00 I should have asked what are your charging fees. I been driving for 22yrs and have never been charged by the hour for a roadside tow. This driver took 2hrs to hook me up. Then his truck quit on him as soon as we took off. And charge the time to me 45min before he got his truck started. I've never been charged Moore than 600 dollars for any Short tow. BE WORN NOT TO USE THIS RIP-OFF SERVICE. PLEASE CALL SOMEONE ELSE.?

Our truck needed to be towed and this company to do all of the towing services as well as take the truck and trailer to their yard. The rate was supposed to be $225.00/hr and $43.00/day for $43.00/day for trailer for both to stay on their yard for a day and a half. The following day after the truck & trailer had been towed a driver went to pick up the trailer where he was forced to pay $734.00 on the spot before he could take the trailer with him- the amount was paid completely. The following day a different driver of mine went to pick up the truck that Bears Towing moved and meticulously parked into a corner that was unreachable to our driver. Our driver asked for Bears Towing to place truck in a place where we could properly hook it up in order for us to take it and they refused to do so until we paid MORE MONEY ($125.00 to be exact). We had no choice and had to pay them to tow the truck in the first place and then had to pay them to MOVE it in their own yard , they clearly do this type of fraudulent activity all the time. This is complete THEFT. Stay away from this company.
