Excelente lugar campestre a un lado de los pantanos del bayou, comida típica de la región, cerdo completo horneado BBQ, langostinos frescos y pistones del tamaño de la yema de un huevo, bien surtido de cerveza y música en vivo, el lugar ideal para después del parto en los pantanos con vista de los lagartos.

The staff is wonderful, courteous, friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. The views, amenities, and food and drink options are great. Tammy, the chef and owner of the establishment, is very caring, helpful, and has a very nice disposition. Just wish the place had air conditioning. 😉

I recently photographed a wedding at Bayou Barn and it was a pretty awesome venue. This had a sunset ceremony overlooking the swamp. I heard that after it rains the alligators sometimes come out. This was super fun, the pics are awesome, and there was some good Cajun food too.

A beautiful venue! Gorgeous scenery. We saw alligator and a possum! ? So cute! ? Of course there's mosquitoes, it's on the bayou! ? I didn't pay for a wedding planner, because I couldn't afford it, but I HIGHLY SUGGEST, if you can afford it, to get a planner. This was my first (and only) wedding and I had no idea what was going on most of the time. Everything just kind of worked out at the last moment. The staff was very kind, the food was good, and Heide, who took our reception photos was great! She was very outgoing and had fantastic energy. Also, hire your own DJ or band. There was a switch up at the last moment and some confusion there.

This place was really cool and quaint... until the sun went down. At about 8:30 the mosquitos attacked everyone relentlessly... even standing in front of the big fan. Staff was good and the activities were fun. There was even a gator out back. The bugs were impossible though

DO NOT give this place your business. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner only saw us a year and a half prior to our wedding when scheduling the event, and then allowed her son to handle the rest. She didn’t show up again until the night of the event. She was extremely rude to us and all of our guests. She did not bring out our grooms cake until asked, she brought up personal matters in front of our guests and it made them feel extremely uncomfortable to be there afterwards. She was very disorganized and made numerous false promises, some that she told us verbally and even some that were in our agreement! Needless to say, our wedding, supposed to be the best night of our lives, I wish we had have spent our money anywhere but here.
