Here’s my story. My wife was in a five car accident she being the last vech being hit in 8/23/24,the vech I got her was only 4months old with only11k miles,the vehicles were all towed by the same company,the owner of the tow lot recommended a body shop,I did my research and I was satisfied with the results. Today 12/31/24 I finally got the vech back Bay state auto body it’s owner,and staffing did a fantastic job putting it back together and matching the paint. It was a difficult process cause parts weren’t available or they were on back order,the owner and its staffing did an amazing job keeping me updated on the process. I do not blame the body shop for the lengthy process I blame the manufacturer for making the parts unavailable and I also blame the insurance for not totaling out the vech knowing that parts were not available. I will most definitely continue my business with Bay state auto body in Stoughton mass and I will most definitely highly recommend this body shop for any work. In life we can not blame people who work hard to get things done,if the situation is out of there control and they can’t get something,you shouldn’t blame them. Put yourself in there shoes dealing with companies that tell you they have the part and they send the wrong one or they tell you it’s on back order with no date in site of when it’s gonna be available. This shop did not Mickey Mouse nor take short cuts to make a quick buck. Terrible service, they were supposed to install a new door, and for three days they lied, claiming it was a new door. Then they said they allegedly installed a used one, but in the end, it turned out they just partially fixed my old door, which still has a dent. The lower molding that was supposed to be replaced was simply not replaced. Be careful when you take your car to this service; I do not recommend it at all.

very good experience with them, repair the damage and make my car looks like a new car! the process is long but that is understandable since it’s a new model and have to waiting for the parts. I appreciate they offer pick up and drop off, make my life easier. their communication with insurance company is very smooth, nothing I need to worry about. overall, very recommend 👍

I recently had my car repaired at Bay Sate Auto Body. They were outstanding from the start. Very professional every step of the way. They were very detail oriented when accessing the damage to my car, making sure that everything was properly restored to pre accident condition. They updated the progression every step of the way. Bottom line, my car looked brand new when I picked it up, and never would think that It was ever in an accident. Thanks to the crew over at Bay State Auto Body for doing an outstanding job!
