Just realized I gave this place 2 stars 5 years ago and can't remember why. Earlier this summer, I came in looking for a fixed bridge superstrat and the worker was incredibly helpful, bringing me several guitars they had that matched what I was looking for. Ended up buying a Jackson JS Dinky and have loved it since!

I’m a new fan of Bailey Bros. Music of Montgomery. Brian Hinton single handedly helped me acquire the most fantastic amp I’ve ever played—the Two Rock Studio Signature.

I initially contacted a different dealer because they claimed to be the top Two Rock Dealer in the world, but when I called and asked questions about the Studio Signature, all the guy told me was that it was “basically a Deluxe Reverb”—not helpful.

Enter Mr. Hinton and Bailey Bros. of Montgomery.

Brian sent me several Two Rock demos to give me an idea of what the amp sounded like. When I told him I wanted to order the amp, he made the process painless. I liked dealing with him so much that I went ahead and ordered a matching Two Rock vertical 2x12 cab—sounds awesome.

My experience with Bailey Bros. of Montgomery has been nothing short of amazing. I never felt like I was dealing with “another sales guy”. Instead, I got a chance to pick the brain of a cool guy who knows more about guitars and amps than I do.

If I need to buy guitar gear in the future, the first place I’m going to look is Bailey Bros. of Montgomery.

The staff here is great. They are VERY knowledgeable. I brought in an amp to get serviced and you could tell the guy (can't remember his name, sorry!) really knew what he was talking about. Also, Jason helped me pick an amp and guitar out, he was super patient and also extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer literally any question I had. Go check these guys out!

I coordinated with Les Durell to be at the Montgomery store on a Friday to have Brian Hinton do a complete setup on my new Nik Huber Krautster 2 that I got about 4-5 weeks ago! Brian is easily one of the best guitar technicians I've ever used in the past 45 plus years of playing guitar! His setups breathe new life into your guitars 🎸 and they sound and play like they are supposed to! I drove the 5 hour round trip from Anniston knowing that it would be well worth the trip! I've known Brian and Les for close to 15 years and they are both a real asset to Bailey Brothers with their extensive experience of selling and servicing high-end Boutique acoustic and electric guitars and amplifiers and all musical gear!

Brian from Bailey Brothers is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sale. He is an excellent instructor as well. I went into the store to get an opinion and help on a problem I had with changing items on my instrument and I was greeted with a knowledgeable staff which gave me options, after deliberating awhile the staff member proceeded make the changes just to see if it was possible and it was and didnt even charge for the time, knowledge and effort it took to do it. It's not my first time visiting and this is the norm. Great service !!!
