Best price to quality of work in New England. My vehicle was in a major crash last year, but luckily the vehicle wasn’t a total loss and the shop fixed the car, including major suspension damage, and now I’ve put on the car about 10,000+ miles and the vehicle runs just like out of the factory. Service is 10 out of 10. The work is incredible and is always delt with professionally and in a timely manner. I truly wouldn't let any other shop touch any of my cars. BSA is much more than just a Body shop, go see them for any and all of your automotive needs.

More car (3yr old car, 15K miles) issues right after what was supposed to be a minor body work. The body shop refused to take any responsibility for the damage/sloppy work that cost additional $3K to fix. Go someplace else! I recommend Jimmy's Auto Body in Waltham.

I had an incredible experience with Bacon Street Auto Body. I worked with Levon, who owns and manages the shop, and he was incredibly trustworthy, kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to get my car fixed with a short turn around and a reasonable budget. I had a dent and paint missing from a dated accident, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired. Highly, highly recommend this shop - especially if you are looking for a family run, professional and trustworthy experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I WOULDN’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I brought my son’s 2009 Nissan Altima here after someone backed into it. Levon helped me with navigating the insurance company to get the correct amount of money to put the car back together right. He also helped with getting a rental while the car was getting fixed. When the car was finished, the car looked like it did when it first rolled out of the dealership in 2009!!!! You guys did such a great job! Thank you so much for all the assistance and perfect work.
