Everyone has always been respectful of listening to what my car needed for repairs.
Communication is key and this has never been a problem. Getting estimates in a timely manner and the time frame of the job to be done has always been quick and helpful.

I had heard so many wonderful thing about AXP on N. Main St. I must say I'm disappointed I didn't going soon. The location is great! The services they offered from start to finish was awesome. The gentlemen in the office is very pleasant to work with. He kept me well informed but everything including cost, by texting and a phone call. Jon's, work is amazing! He's very knowledgeable about the services he provides. He is hands down the best mechanic I have ever encounter. If your looking for a reliable place to work on your vehicle. Check out AXP!!

I brought my 2011 Lincoln MKX for a second opinion on replacement of my exhaust system. The day before a trusted mechanic had given me an estimated costly quote of replacing the entire system of parts and labor of well over $2500. I knew i was in trouble when he started with, "The system is completely shot. I can't do anything with the parts. it's going to be expensive because it's a Lincoln." As he looked up the availability and prices for parts, I looked for exhaust specialists and found AXP North in Randolph. The next day I went there and after inspecting my car, John concluded that the system was repairable and the cost would be a little over $450. Of course, I knew I was in the right place and left with a car that no longer sounded like a hot race car. Thank you John and thanks to your experienced mechanic.
