Our family has been part of the Avalon family for 20 years. Two of my girls danced with the school since its inception. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff, teachers and people we have met over the course of years. They have been more than a dance school, they are family. Even though my girls have graduated from high school, one still participates in the adult program. They have made life long friends. If you are looking for a dance, theater, or music school, this is the place to be.

Our daughter has been dancing at Avalon for the last 7 years… and she’s only 9! Miss Marie, Miss Gina, Miss Brianne, and Miss Jamie are absolutely wonderful. Each one has helped to instill a love of dance for our girl. She absolutely loves it and is always asking to learn more! We are so grateful for Avalon and all they offer to our community. They truly are making our world a better place!

My daughter has been taking dance at Avalon for many years and loves it. Her teachers push her to grow in positive ways. She loves her amazing teachers, particularly Ms. Tori and Ms. Marie! We are so grateful for the special opportunity for her to study acrobatics at Avalon, which not every studio offers and the fantastic performance opportunities.

We also truly appreciate their music lessons! Our 9 year old son has been taking piano lessons there for two and a half years now and is growing so much. Mr. Jon’s gentle, encouraging, fun teaching style are so effective and I can’t imagine a better teacher for our son.

I highly recommend Avalon School of the Arts!

4 of my kids (both girls and boys) have taken dance & acrobatics and music classes at Avalon over the past two years. We absolutely LOVE their teacher Miss Bri! She is so patient and does great with kids who have high energy levels, quirky personalities, and sensory issues. I appreciate how the studio is focused on moving your body, personal growth & building confidence. All body types & abilities are welcome here. You won’t find young children in make up/inappropriate attire or travel competitions.

Our two daughters have been dancing at Avalon for two years now.

Our oldest has had Ms. Sophie for both years and absolutely ADORES her.

Our youngest has danced with both Ms. Bri and Ms. Gina, the classes have been amazing for her in helping her come out of her shell.

They’ve also enjoyed the end of year recitals (great organization!) and summer camps.

The office staff Ami, has excellent communication.

My daughter attends an acrobatic class with Miss Marie and a theater class with Miss Jo Ellen. Both of these classes have been amazing! My daughter has learned so much this year. Miss Marie works with students in a hands-on approach. She not only gives instructions and models, but then she comes beside her students to help them truly master skills. Miss Jo Ellen creates a fun atmosphere that foster imagination and allows kids to shine. She puts so much time and energy into performances and ensures every child has a part to shine.

We couldn't be happier at Avalon! My girls have been dancing there for many years and it is truly such a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for any dancer. I even started taking an adult ballet class and I'm loving it! Miss Marie, Miss Bri, Miss Gina, Miss Tori... you really can't go wrong with any of the teachers there. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
