I brought my Mercedes up to have them look at it. My regular mechanic in Indianapolis could not get a couple of problems fixed. Auto Works not only fixed everything, but their prices are unbelievable. I am so excited that I found this place and will be bringing it up from now on, whenever I have problems with it. Thank you so much! What a treasure for the town of Rensselaer.

If you have a RAM, they know their stuff. They were able to figure out a problem that a dealership could not. Very reasonably priced, great service, and they keep their word.

Easy 5 star review. Owner goes above and beyond for customers in my experience. Had a starter issue so I called to schedule a time for them to work on my truck. I went Monday morning bright and early before they were even open so I could drop the truck off and put keys in drop box, as I was about to fill out the drop off slip the side door opens and out comes the owner. I told him I was there to drop off my truck he asked if I was waiting on a ride and asked if I wanted to sit inside in the AC and I told him I was walking back to my house that it wasn't too far and thats when he offered to give me a ride home. On the ride I told him I work nights and that I'd call when I woke up to see if they were able to fix it that day and he said that was fine. I called like I said and the starter didn't make it in that day but he went out of his way to give me a loaner car to take to work. Not only did he give me a loaner car he also came and picked me up so I could get the loaner car. Definitely some of the best customer service I've had.

Very good customer service, Eli and Roger took care of my car last second. Then told me it was only going to cost $290 to fix. Which for the amount of work they had to do, is a ridiculously good price. I highly recommend.

This is the best place to take your car! I am 44yrs old, all the places I have taken my vehicles they have been the best. Kind, honest what eles can you ask for? I have had 3 repairs done by Auto Works and ultimately satisfied. I will continue to give them my car until they close.
