This place is just excellent. The staff treats everyone courteously and promptly. Although it is always busy, the queue moves fast enough. I've taken my car to this place twice for a revision and a tire repair. They've done an excellent job on both occasions and charged a fair price.

Took my new vehicle for inspection after getting it registered. I have come here for inspections on my previous vehicles. This visit I was dissapointed to see that the customer before me was talking to the gentleman doing inspections as he was about to pull my vehicle into the garage and this customer was touching and placing his hands on my vehicle and resting his arms on the open door as they chatted. I did not appreciate the staff member allowing some random guy to put his hands on a vehicle that didn't belong to them while they said and did nothing about it. Pretty unprofessional. Inspection itself was quick.

I came to do the test, and finally used me more than $900 to repair my handbrake, but it turned out that it had not been repaired. It is not recommended to go here to do testing, and finally I did a total of three repairs, and now the handbrake is still not available.

5th time I've been here for the same reason. Was told my struts. Wasn't the case. I've been back twice waiting for hours. First come first serve bull. I seen cars come and go. Yet hours later I'm still waiting. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The people working at Auto Express were able to get my rear brakes and rotors done on the same day that I took it in. They don't take appointments, but they're pretty good about estimating how long it's going to take. (They told me it'd be done around 3-4, and I picked it up at 3:45.) They were also $100 cheaper than the estimate that another place gave me! They were honest, knowledgeable, and kind. I'd definitely go there again.

Rude typical Auto service facility. Please do not waste your time unless being treated poorly and receiving mediocre service is your thing. Not only will I never return, but I will make sure to tell everyone I meet the same information with the hope that I deter them from going to this location and giving them their business

I always have a great experience with oil changes, inspections, and minor repairs. The thing to remember is that they are first come, first serve - I always plan to be there a few minutes before they open. I bring a book and my crochet, and enjoy the quiet until the car is ready. Staff is knowledgeable, I don't need them to be overly friendly, but they're always pleasant and businesslike.
