Recently just got my car repaired at Autobody Squad. I honestly had the best experience for having been in an accident with my Toyota Camry Solara.

Knowing that my car is only worth a couple thousand I knew insurance would probably total the car, however working with Antonio and Marcos…they did their all to get the parts and the job done. It took a while to get the parts in since the vehicle and the specific paint color is no longer being manufactured, but they got what they needed in and the team at Autobody Squad worked their magic. My car came out better than I could have imagined.

It was worth the time and the wait. I’m shocked. Really shocked. I’ll provide some before and after photos below. My experience was great. Thank you so much Antonio, Marcos, and Everybody at AutoBody Squad. Blessings and Love.

Nothing but glowing things to say about Autobody Squad! After an accident, they reassured me and walked me through the entire process of getting my rental. Update: 11/6 - Autobody Squad is still the only place I trust my car with! I had to go in again and they never disappoint. I was given a fair price, excellent service and a 2 day turn around time. If you are looking at this shop to do collision work, then I would recommend you look elsewhere based on my awful experience. (I cannot speak for any other service they provide)

Brief Summary: They were the third party recommended shop for Toyota of Watertown for any collision work so I naturally trusted the dealership and went with this company for my 2020 Tacoma. Big mistake. After taking a little less than a month to fix a somewhat minor accident, I received my truck with unprofessional body work (displayed in pictures below). I honestly could not believe that they tried to give me my truck with the obvious paint defects seen. I counted a little over 10 different defects. I immediately sent the truck back to their shop and waited for about a week when I got it the second time.... which still had issues... so I had to send the truck back again. Finally, a few days later they were able to address the issues on the 3rd try but not after I had to drive to the dealership 3-4 times to make sure they actually did their job. Honestly, the amount of time I wasted in making sure my own truck looked normal again was very aggravating.

Lastly, the shop is located in Malden and they only have a single office in Watertown. I mention the fact of the location because of awful correspondence I had with the company... I was never notified of my trucks completion until the 3rd time I went to check it. Every time I had to call and ask about the truck for myself to get any answers on a completion date.

Great experience repairing my car here. They performed the repair exactly as they described, and they took exactly the amount of time as they said they'd take. The folks at this shop have been extremely professional and friendly. I honestly can't ask for better service.

My car was rear ended and auto body squad went above and beyond to make my car look brand new, they took care of everything for me from the rental to dealing with insurance companies on my behalf, everyone was so kind and easy to communicate with, they even checked in on how my kids were doing after the accident! I can't say enough good things about their work and customer service, will definitely recommend and be using in the future for any of my auto needs! 🤩
