Audi Natick service department always goes above and beyond to make me feel appreciated and educated about what they’re doing on mu Audi 6. This last repair was more intricate than expected and they still made the whole process easy and convenient for me. I was provided with a great courtesy vehicle so I could get back to my life and they communicated with me the whole time. The members of the service team at Audi Natick were very professional. They communicated well and kept me abreast of the status of my work as I waited. When the work was completed, I was led to my car, which was brought out front (after being washed!) so as to be convenient to drive off. I felt like I mattered to them.
Also, the WiFi at the dealership seemed to have been improved since the last time I waited there. I had no problems with it and was able to do work from my laptop with no hassle while I waited.

This dealership provides a thorough analysis of all the mechanics of your car through a detailed video as the mechanic is working on it. This is followed by a conversation with a service manager as to which items need immediate replacement and which do not. My car had a complicated issue to figure out the origin and they were diligent in running tests to figure it out no matter how many days it took. . I also appreciate that they saved me a ton of money by running larger expensive fixes through my extended warranty to see if the can pass savings onto me.

Excellent Service from everyone at Audi Natick.
Parker Cavanaugh was exceptional at every level in servicing and returning our A6 Wagon as good as new.
On another note, when departing the dealership a gentleman came out to see if everything was done to our satisfaction (Ken Grant).

I purchased the service plan when I bought my car, which is pricey to begin with. Well, I needed new brakes, only to be told that rotors are not covered. I called the dealer to verify, did not receive a call back. When I showed up in person, they tried to upsell me on a service plan that does cover rotors, after initially dodging me.
I also needed 2 tires, an alignment, and balancing, for which I was quoted over $900. I got the exact same tires and service (you must, with AWD unless changing all 4) at town fair for $420.
The general lack of transparency is really terrible. They may not have done anything wrong, but they’re so shady about everything, it leaves you with the icky feeling that you’re being bamboozled.
I thought the whole point of purchasing a maintenance plan was to avoid the hassle and surprise charges. Certainly NOT worth the $3300 premium.

Excellent experience every time I go to Audi Natick. Parker and Ross are always great to me, I’ve never once had an issue with any work performed. I’ve been a customer for the last 4 years and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
