From sales to finance to service they are fantastic. You buy from them and they will show you to the people and areas of the entire organization. Ruzhena was my rep and was fantastic. My second Audi in two years and I followed her from one dealer to Herb Chambers. Now I have a 2023 Q5 sportback prestige and a 2025 Q8 prestige. Love them both.

Audi Burlington the staff is fantastic. I’ve been here twice and worked with Jim and Anthony and always been a pleasant experience.

I particularly like the infrastructure and their review process of your vehicle when it’s in the workshop. The team will send you a video of what’s being done, what looks good and what doesn’t. Which is super helpful to understand what are they changing and what.

That in itself is a 5 star rating customer experience and wish more dealerships did that. Perhaps that’s what sets Audi apart for its after sales customer experience.

IMO - it’s the customer experience that brings back folks over and over again.

Great experience overall. I went in for regular service and concerns about an engine coolant leak. I was given a detailed description of the diagnostics including a video walkthrough. Anthony was able to explain the recommended repairs and to help bring the cost down. I was given a new loaner while my car was being serviced and was able to keep it over the weekend as my car was brought in on a Friday. Overall great service end to end.

Came in for a major service milestone for my Allroad. Firstly, I found scheduling a time very easy. I was able to do it online and was easily able to find times that fit my work schedule + request a loaner. They confirmed beforehand and made the drop-off very easy. They were up front about the service and cost, and if more work was needed, they would ask me first and let me know the cost. Service was completed promptly. Appreciating that they always do a video walk through of the service, this time with special attention to the brakes showing that I still had pad left and could wait on replacing them. Also appreciate the wash. Able to drop off the loaner and get my car all same day. Over the years, appreciate the quick turnarounds + conveniences and will continue to come back.

I had an extended warranty for my thermostat leaking and I figured I replace the water pump and get the coolant flushed while they were in there to save me money in the future. I was told I would only have to pay for parts which I was fine with. The guy tried to tell me it was $600+ for the labor to change the water pump and flush the coolant. I called another dealer and he said he wouldn't typically charge for it since the water pump and thermostat are connected, there's no extra work. The guy where my car was ended up apologizing and saying he was wrong when I called him out on this. However, had I not known all this information I would have been out of $600+ without even knowing it. I'm glad I caught it, and I won't be going back here because that's too big of a screw up to trust them again. I have a great guy already and only used Audi because this part was under warranty.

Everyone there was very nice so I don't mean to disparage them if you've had a good experience here, but as someone where money is currently tight, I feel like had I not known or double checked that info I stated above, I would have unknowingly been out of a lot of money for no reason. It was a timely fix, though.
