Went to Arts for a new Tailgate and some scratches in rear quarter panel. Art was pleasant accommodating very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. His daughter kept me informed along the way and he did an excellent job with a very quick turnaround. I would highly recommend this auto body shop, you will not be disappointed! I will be back in the future.

Unfortunately my car got hit twice on the same spot by someone and luckily Arts did take care of it . All employees and the owner are super friendly . As you can see on the pictures they do a great job and my car looks like new ! The car was returned to me very clean and detailed! Will be recommending this place and be back anytime I will need it .

This is the place! If you're reading this, stop your body shop research and book your service with Art's Auto Body. I'm thrilled to have worked with Art after several body shops in Worcester refused to do rust repair work on my rear wheel well. My Honda Pilot has never looked better than it does after his work, which in addition to the rust repair also included exterior scrape repair, touch-ups on smaller rust spots, popping my rear bumper back in, fixing a passenger door hinge, and a phenomenal paint job over all the work. Art and Edy were wonderful to work with and easy to reach throughout the week of the job. Their rate was affordable and everything was completed on time. 11/10 would recommend!

On Thursday, May30th my Jeep wrangler wouldn’t start after completing a baseball game. After calling AAA and them assuring me that someone would be out within 60 minutes, 2 1/2 hours late I was still waiting. Being frustrated I canceled my request with AAA and decided to call arts towing. The woman on the phone said that someone would be there within 30 minutes and sure enough 10 minutes later, this gentleman showed up and made sure that my vehicle was towed properly and was the friendliest human being that I have met in a long time. I wish I remembered his name but he works at 6 PM to 6AM And provided us with the absolute best customer service that I could’ve ever received. So for that, thank you very much.

I wish I could give them a better review but they did a poor job on my truck. Not only did the paint come out bad but they gave me the truck back in filthy condition. Nice people but the business acumen is questionable. Everyone that works in the shop doesn’t speak English which is also questionable. Cannot recommend these people.

The exterior paint on my car was chipping off, my hood was rusted, and my tires were bare. I took my car to Art's and I was blown away by the impeccable service. When I picked up my car, I almost didn't recognize it - it looked brand new! Arthur always provides outstanding services and great turn-around time. I'm elated to have discovered a local family owned autobody shop - I will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know!

I had unfortunately hit a coyote on the highway and the lower front end of my truck was damaged. Art and Edy did an excellent job communicating between me and the insurance company. My truck was expertly repaired, detailed and looked like it had just rolled off the dealer lot. Would definitely recommend their shop!
