It’s hard to explain the importance this place serves for my father and our family, but I’ll try! Thanks to his amazingly patient
instructor and the rest of the staff, my dad is able to start fulfilling his lifelong dream of learning to dance. I’ve heard him talk about wanting to take lessons for 30 years, and when he finally got the nerve to try it out, he was hit with a surprise debilitating medical condition which limited his mobility severely. Nonetheless, the instructors at the studio are working with him and accommodating his disability, and quite literally making his dreams come true. It’s been years since I’ve seen his face light up like it did during his 45 minute dance lesson. If you have any hesitation about learning to dance, please know that the studio is absolutely wonderful and it’s worth a try!

My husband and I took lessons at Arthur Murray leading up to our wedding. We were both nervous since we had never taken lessons before and felt totally out of our element. The team and community at Arthur Murray is incredibly welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We had so much fun with our private lessons and our group classes. We treated it as a date night and had so so much fun! They helped us feel comfortable on the dance floor and prepared for our first dance. We kept the dance a surprise from our family and friends and everyone was so surprised and wowed by our dance. It was one of our favorite parts of the night. We took dance lessons from Jacob to learn a first dance for our wedding and our guests were blown away! My now husband is a great dancer, but I knew I needed a lot of guidance and Jacob, our instructor, was fantastic. We left with a beautiful dance and confidence to perform in front of our guests. Adding to my first review of Arthur Murray Weymouth from 3 years ago. My decision to learn to dance is still one of the best decisions I ever made. Further, the professional, talented, patient staff at AM are still there. Creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all students.

Given the pandemic, it is important to note that the staff has established procedures to keep everyone safe and healthy. These actions have enabled the personal learning, community spirit, and positive energy to continue to grow and get stronger.

Today, more than ever, we all face additional stresses and challenges. As remedy, put a little joy in your life, try dancing!

I started taking dancing lessons at Arthur Murray Weymouth to become more comfortable with social dancing. I choose this studio because of the beautiful array of Ballroom and Country Dances they offer and because of the friendly, positive, supportive and helpful atmosphere at the studio created by the staff members and students. The professional instructors are superb and will help you to reach your full potential as a dancer. I truly love being a student at Arthur Murray Weymouth and being part of such a welcoming, accepting and fun community. I always leave feeling challenged, happy and closer to my dancing goals. I grew up dancing and was looking to find an excuse to get back into it when I stumbled upon Arthur Murray. I called inquiring about lessons and they called back within an hour offering a free class to test the waters. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been since! The staff are so incredibly welcoming, kind and fun to work with. I was nervous going into classes alone but the Arthur Murray team has created such a warm environment that it’s been so easy to connect with other students and push myself out of my comfort zone in terms of trying new styles and dancing with new partners. My wife and I found Arthur Murray last fall leading up to our wedding. We wanted to have a wedding dance that everyone would remember. The team of instructors (Especially Erica) at Arthur Murray certainly helped us exceed our expectations! I could not speak more highly of their professionalism and patience with newcomers to dance.
