Virginia is very accommodating to individual capabilities. That makes it an enjoyable time.for the pumpkin class, she provided all the materials we needed. She is a great teacher and very helpful.

Ginny is an incredible artist. We had chairs made by Barbara Grygutis( an artist out of Tucson and these chairs were at the National Museum of Art in Washington D.C.). Unfortunately they were damaged in a move. We looked all over nationally to get them fixed. Ginny not only fixed them but she made them like new. Love love love her dedication, hard work and enthusiasm.

We had our (late) company holiday get together at Art Yourself Studio, and every aspect of the experience was wonderful! We did the linocut print making class- most of us were newbies, but Ginny made us feel confident with her teaching and expertise. She is an enthusiastic and talented teacher and artist. I can't wait to take another class with her!

A group of close friends, family, and I did a silk scarf marbling class as a birthday event at Art Yourself Studio. We wanted to do something creative, yet we all had varying degrees of art experience. Our group wanted something different from a traditional paint and pour class on canvas.

Ginny was amazing at showing us each how to do various techniques for dying the silk scarfs. Then she guided us through the process, making sure that each person achieved their desired design for their scarf. No one walked away disappointed! It didn't matter that none of us had ever done it before, they all were stunning!

Ginny made the experience fun, welcoming and not the least bit intimidating. I would highly recommend taking a class, or a few! She really does help you realize that ART is for EVERYONE.

Had such a fun, and relaxing experience doing glass fusion with Ginny. I booked this experience with my mom for her birthday present, and we both had a very pleasant time! I was worried that something like this might be too difficult for me, having never done anything like it before, but Virginia walked us through each step and was more than willing to help if I looked a little lost or unsure of what to do next. It felt like we were right at home, but didn't have to set up or clean up 🙂 Both my mom and I are super excited to see how our pieces turned out!! Hoping to get back again soon to try something new, also this was a great way to practice stepping out of my creativity comfort zone!

Ginny is warm and communicates effortlessly. I brought her a painting that I was frustrated with and she offered fantastic advice on finishing it with her knowledge of both composition and watercolor techniques. Her studio is nestled in a beautiful woodsy area and is stocked with all of the tools and supplies needed to express yourself in multiple mediums. I would recommend her studio to anyone who wishes to learn more about art.
