I did a LOT of research on photographers for my personal shoot. It was a couple of years between interest and actually going through with it and, in that time, I checked out portfolios and insta accounts for examples of works. One thing really stood out to me about Amanda -- no one had a command of lighting the way she did. That is what initially sold me. Her photos also showcased the intention she had, not only behind the position of the person, but the entire frame. I booked about 8 months in advance and it was well worth the wait. Amanda was extremely professional, but also incredibly personable. She put my angst at ease and made me feel comfortable (even in the most ridiculous outfits). She clearly had a plan in place for each what she wanted for each of the outfits I brought, but she made sure to include me in her thought process and she also pivoted as needed -- sometimes the shot doesn't look as expected, sometimes I was unable to position my body in the best way -- and that is a skillset you can't teach.

Amanda is not simply a photographer you hire, she is an investment you make in your self confidence.

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience! Beautiful studio, loved my hair and makeup too. Amanda is fantastic!!! She made me feel SO relax, comfortable and sexy. I had interviewed and met with several boudoir photographers and when I met Amanda I instantly felt comfortable and excited to work with her. She has a way about her that is patient, understanding, and comfortable. This was the first time I did a photography shoot never mind a boudoir shoot and she calmed my nerves and made me feel so sexy and comfortable in my own skin. We laughed and had so much fun. My boyfriend also did the shoot with me and he is one to not like taking photos and he really enjoyed this experience and the photos.
